Grab one of our kayaks and tour the vastness of Lake Balboa. Or relax with a refreshment on the dock or the seaside patio and watch the pontoon boats glide by. Or enjoy our bright, beautiful sunroom with a wide view of the lake.

When the day is done, sink into a cozy couch and watch your favorite shows, or read a good book. Each bedroom has a TV, so you can relax and watch your favorite shows all snuggled up in bed.

Then cook up a feast in our fully-stocked kitchen!

Affordable luxury at its best.

Just minutes from the Balboa Marina and the popular Sunset Grill and Dulce Vita Italian Restaurant. If you venture to the west side of the Village, you have to try Amore Pizzeria (the calzones are to die for)!

And don't forget, you can rent a pontoon boat from the marina and dock it at Serenity at the Lake 2!

Hands-down, the best VRBO we have stayed at. This property and host made sure that everything was thought of so that when you come through the door, besides bringing your own groceries, you feel right at home highly recommend.

This may have been our favorite VRBO rental to date! Me and my mom have been to many rentals in many different states and Suzanne and Lance truly went above and beyond to make both of their properties extra special. Both of their rental homes we had the pleasure to stay in were the cleanest by far we have experienced! Not only that but each little special touch/decoration in each home was all done with love by Suzanne herself which made them even more welcoming. If you are considering staying at either of their properties - do not hesitate! It is by far the best experience we have ever had with any of the renters on VRBO ever. Any issues or concerns they immediately get back to you about, and the one issue we had with the air conditioning during our stay was handled remarkably well by Suzanne and lance. They even contacted us before I even had to reach out and ask them for anything! I honestly wish I could rate both of these homes higher than 5 stars. This was my first time in Arkansas and thanks to Suzanne and lance it was a wonderful experience. From the cleanliness of each place to all the fun toys they have for guests enjoying the lake, not one detail was forgotten. If we are ever back in the area we will certainly be staying at one of Suzanne and Lance’s properties - and I strongly encourage anyone looking in this area to do the same!

Lake front beauty

Best place we’ve stayed in the village. So much attention to detail. Thank you for the snacks, wine, soft tissue, comfort amenities. Let’s go to the lake, right out side the door. Amazing views. Great vibes. Loved the kayaks. Rented the pontoon. Awesome!

2ND TIME

We stayed at this house last year around the same time. We love coming here. I can honestly say this is the best home I have stayed in. I am usually in a hurry to get back home but not so much when I am here. My son and daughter-in-law feel the same way. It's a fantastic home. You can swim in the back yard, and Lake Balboa is fantastic. Sitting in the swing is so peaceful. You can listen to the water. It is very tranquil at the house inside and out.

This house and landscape are beautiful. It's immaculately clean and the decor is warm and welcoming. We were comfortable during our visit and the views of the lake are breathtaking and did not disappoint. We felt very much at home because of the amenities; especially the kitchen because everything needed is provided. I mean everything! The photos shown does not do this property justice. Very convenient checking in and out. We would definitely visit again.

A memory filled Spring Break

We had a fun stay with our 2 teenage boys. Wish the water was warm enough for water activities. We had a great time anyway in this beautiful home. I'm definitely missing that view. Loved the village and surrounding areas.

Even better than we hoped for!

The house, location, decor, everything was beautiful. Easy check in, great communication. We had a lovely time on the lake, loved the kayaks and view. The beds were comfortable. Probably one of the best places ever booked.

Serenity in Hot Springs

We are avid hikers and golfers, and this location offers outstanding options for both. Whatever activities you choose, you'll love coming back to this wonderfully relaxing home on the water's edge. The property is updated, very clean and very relaxing, and the owners are responsive and helpful.

Fantastic Place

This property, located on Lake Balboa, was absolutely one of the very best VRBO's we have ever rented! This home was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed for our vacation: golf clubs, fishing poles, kayaks, outside furniture, and bar-b-q equipment. The interior of the house was both spacious and cozy. The kitchen was fabulous! The bedrooms were sizable and the beds were super comfortable. The. master bath had a walk-in shower as well as a soaking tub. We would definitely stay here again.

We will be back

This is the only place I have ever stayed, and I've stayed in several, that I want to go back. The whole family enjoyed this vacation, and the kids along with the adults, were not ready to go. This is a really awesome place to stay, and you can swim right out the back door! But we had to go to the sandy beach for the kids.

Great place for relaxing and staying in.

Our family of 6 had a great time here. The kayaking onsite was especially enjoyable for our kids. The appliances were clean and new. The sun room was a great space where you can have a quiet space to hang. Didn’t get a chance to venture out in the villages. Hopefully next time.

Hot Springs Village

The property did not disappoint. Very clean, great location with a beautiful view of Lake Balboa right on the water. Great communication from the owners with an easy check-in and check-out plan. Family of 5 with 3 18-24 year old sons had plenty of room. We have stayed in the village in other properties and this one is our favorite. We had a great time, would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

Charming Lakeside House

Very clean and comfortable place . Two King Beds was a plus. Lots of room to visit inside and out on the back patio areas. Wonderful place to relax right out the back door on this lake front property. We especially loved the evening sunset views!

Perfect!

This house was perfect. It is well furnished and super clean. Nothing but views of the lake from the back side of the house and right on the water - not to mention the kayaks and canoe. Super quiet and peaceful. The only problem with our stay was that we had to leave!

You work hard, and when it's time for a getaway, we seek to provide a very clean, cozy, delightful destination! Even with all the activities you can engage in, there's a certain tranquility to Hot Springs Village, which is why we named our properties "Serenity."

We fell in love with this house the first time we saw it. It needed a lot of TLC, but we love renovating, so that was a joy. We think the location is just perfect, and we are confident you will also!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Serenity at the Lake 2 is perfectly located, in the "big" part of Lake Balboa, where you can sit and watch the pontoon boats lumber by, or the ski boats. The property is flat, so there is easy access to the seaside patio and dock. And we're just a few minutes from the Marina and the new Sunset Grill, which is getting rave reviews. And when the sun sets, it casts a golden glow across the whole lake, right to our shore.
