Charming Lake Catherine/Ouachita River Lake House w/ Boat Dock

Charming house located on Ouachita River/Lake Catherine.

3 Bedrooms (1st BR with King Bed; 2nd BR with Queen Bed and 3rd BR with 2 Twin Size Bed) and 2 Baths.

The property has a large deck with private yard, boat dock, firepit, beautiful view of the sunsets, and it's a great place to relax and get away for a while.

This is our personal getaway, so we have tried to include all the comforts of home. The living room has a comfortable couch, large TV and great views of the lake. There is a dining table that will seat 6. It's a great place for the kids to swim or kayak. The kitchen is well furnished, and there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The deck is a great place to relax with a glass of wine and watch the boats go by.

Fabulous location

The lake house is very accommodating and very clean. We were very comfortable staying here a few days, enjoying Hot Springs and the lake. We will be back!

This property was great for our family. My three boys loved the accessibility to the lake for kayaking and swimming. There was plenty of room to park our vehicle and boat trailer. The house had everything we needed, was clean and the beds were super comfy.

The house and the river were just perfect for our family of five. We kayaked every day on the river and Hot Springs is just a short drive away. The house is very comfortable!

Great Weekend Away From the Hustle and Bustle

Annual Christmas fishing trip

This place was a perfect get away for our annual family Christmas fishing trip. It is close to everything and the lake is absolutely beautiful. We will be back during the season when water levels are back up and we can use the dock.

Great Family Getaway!!

Between the lazy days sitting out on the porch watching the boats go by to exploring downtown Hot Springs close by, this was a great property for our family. The water and dock were great for swimming, tanning and fishing, and the over ambience of this house was very relaxed. Well stocked, quiet, and beautiful. We would gladly return!
