Lakefront home on Ossipee Lake with dock and gorgeous views

Newly renovated home on the water, perfect for families with kids! Enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets on the dock, watching the loons and bald eagle family go by. Close the day at the fire pit after enjoying a day of fun in the water. New outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the front yard, and plenty of water toys for all ages to enjoy.

Minutes from Indian Mound golf course, and 40 minutes to hiking, skiing and shopping in North Conway, the Saco river and surrounding resorts. Great spot for fall getaways to enjoy the changing colors of the White Mountains and ski trips in the winter!

The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, central heat and A/C, a cozy kitchen, and plenty of space for your family to spread out. Gas grill outside. New water well with filtration installed in 2022.

Our house is down a long bumpy dirt road through the woods to the waterfront. It is plowed during the winter, but not maintained like a public road. The property is not shoveled out during storms, so clearing the steps and areas where it is not plowed would be your responsibility.

The Morrisons supplied us with a glorious home to fill with love! Doug was very responsive and even allowed us to check in a little earlier!! The cozy kitchen was supplied with all the spices and dishes needed to make dinner at home! The living room nested in between the dining table and kitchen made it perfect meeting space all, from the tweens on the phone to the bead making kiddos relaxing next to their abuelita. The ample windows allowed us to really be one with nature the entire time. As city dwellers, this was a perfect weekend escape
 The private dock over looking the clear water lake and mountains was everything! We will most definitely be back! Thank you Morrisons!

If I could give more than five stars I would! The owner left zero rocks unturned. To the designated play room for the kids, to the fairly stocked kitchen and you can’t forget the incredible views - this place had it all! Our stay was all we hoped it’d be and more and we can’t wait to come back!

The host was exceptional, helped with all aspects. Excellent communicator, extremely responsive. A pleasure! The views couldn't be better. The dock is quite nice. The Sandy backyard and fire pit are Rockstar. Interior accommodations are lovely. Beds were quite comfortable.

Great location! Lake and property were very clean. Owner was easy to communicate with. The house comfortably slept our large group of 12. My only advice is If you like to lay down and tan in the sun - there are no lounge chairs so bring your own. Would rent here again!

Beautiful spot

I absolutely loved my time at this location, even with a few cloudy days. The lakefront property felt like oceanfront in the sense there is ample natural sand and the lake itself is crystal clear with a sandy bottom. The dock is super high quality and perfect to relax while watching the kids swim in shallow, clear water. The house itself was very clean and accommodated 4 adults and five kids very easily. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals. There is a grocery store (Hannaford’s) nearby and an Ocean State Job Lot for any forgotten groceries or beach essentials. The only “downside” were a few non-venomous sightings along the periphery of the property, likely due to a neighboring pond. They are harmless and stay away from people but was notable nonetheless. I would absolutely stay here again and appreciate the. C”communication with the host. We have stayed at lots of different lake rentals in NH over the years and I would definitely give this place 5/5 stars!

Beautiful Sanctuary

Very relaxing and comfortable home with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Great kitchen. If you are a bird lover you will love kayaking through the bird sanctuaries along the river.

Amazing lakefront retreat

Perfect location for a long weekend with friends. Plenty of space, abundant water equipment and fabulous fire pit. Last house on the road so stay was very peaceful. House had all the amenities of home, very comfortable and nooks provided quiet areas for reading. Beds and bedding comfortable and plentiful. Host communications excellent - would not hesitate to rent again.

A great place to stay!

Traveled up to NH for some hiking and time around the bonfire and Doug's place was absolutely the perfect spot for all of these activities. Highly recommend for when you're traveling with a big group!

Ossipee Lake home

This property has it all: more than enough chairs for soaking in great views from the sandy backyard, boats for paddling the lake, easy access to the water, plenty of indoor gathering space, too.

Wonderful Stay

Ossipee Lake

We had a wonderful week on Ossipee Lake. Doug's house was perfect, providing everything we needed and extremely clean. The location and views were amazing. Doug was super easy to communicate with and made sure our week was stress free. The best spot on the lake, we can't wait to go back!
