Wonderful house for a family group long weekend! House is ideally located - right on a quiet section of the lake. Views and waterfront access made for a picture perfect fall getaway. The house offers ample space with comfortable bedrooms/beds and adequate bathrooms for a group. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Communication with the host was excellent - quick responses to our questions and clear answers. We woudl love to stay at this property again in the future.

This was an absolutely perfect spot for our family. Six grandkids from one years old to 12 a fantastic time. The walk-in Sandy Beach was a huge bonus and why I rented the place to begin with, but the rest of the property did not disappoint. I can’t wait to rent it again, we rented four beach house the last six years, and everybody agrees that this one

This place was amazing! There are so many beds and bedrooms, space for the whole family and more. It has its own private space on the lake and its own dock. There were kayaks and canoes to borrow. The neighbors are very close by, but they were friendly. I would absolutely recommend.

Our family had a lovely time staying at Vicky and John’s home in Ossipee. Vicky and John were very communicative, always ready to answer a question or help, even making ceiling measurements prior to our arrival. Check in was easy and we found the home in great condition. It is such a cozy and inviting home, making it very easy to relax and enjoy time with family. We appreciated that there was plenty of room for all, a bedroom for mom on the main floor, and that our dog was able to be with us for the week. Coffee on the deck listening to the loons in the morning was such a peaceful way to begin each day. We hope to be back in the future!

This is the third time we have stayed here and we are looking forward to being back next year! The location on the lake is perfect for our crew. The older kids(young adults) enjoy time down at the sandbar while others prefer to stay at the house and enjoy the water.

We have stayed at this home four times now, and that says everything about how much we love it. This year we had a group of 16, and the house was absolutely perfect for everyone. There was plenty of room to gather together, while still having space to spread out and relax. The weather couldn't have been better, and we spent most of our time enjoying the lake. It was the perfect setting for making more great family memories. The home is always clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and has everything we need for a relaxing stay.We can't say enough good things about this property. It has become a favorite tradition for our family, and we're already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious lake house for a large group!

Family get together

Absolutely stunning location for a family vacation. Plenty of sleeping areas, wonderful water views and a pefect beach area for little ones. Close to lots of options if you need an escape from the house, but with all the space available, you'll probably never leave.

Cozy family friendly stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. House was large enough for multiple families, kid friendly and perfect location. Close to king pine and just a short drive to North Conway. The lake in the back was beautiful. Great way to spend some time relaxing after the holidays!

Great vacation

We had a great time staying at this lake house. There was plenty of room to spread out, a big kitchen and dining room, and an awesome patio. We went out on the kayaks and paddled around the lake one afternoon. Owners were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing family location

My second time here and I have yet to find a better spot for my family to get together. The beach is perfect for adults but safe for little kids. It’s close to the main lake for longer boat rides but remote enough so it’s not super busy. Vicky and John are excellent hosts - you couldn’t find more friendly and hospitable people. Easy 10/10 all around on this rental.

Sooo relaxing!!!

Our entire family loved this place! The location was perfect for all ages in our group. The younger kids played/fished from the dock while the teens enjoyed paddling to the sandbar for volleyball and other water games. The morning paddles to the main lake were absolutely stunning. I could get used to the sound of loons day and night.
