This review is very upsetting to me. More-so in the fact that Robert only communicated with me twice on his arrival stating that there was no top sheet and the home had no internet. I responded immediately. My cleaner perhaps didn’t put a top sheet on the bed but I directed him to the linen storage in the home. The internet was clearly working with login instructions on the app. Robert states that the garage was wide open, I check this in MyQ app and it says the garage door was closed after the cleaner left and was not opened again until after he arrived. This home is also in a gated community so I do not understand his feeling unsafe. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils and cook-ware all purchased within the last 3 years. The bed is a full adjustable base temperpedic bed and there are 3 changes of high quality sheets and comforters. I price my home according to VRBO and Airbnb recommendations, his stay was during February to March which is the peak season in the Phoenix area. This home has a Google nest thermostat and is easily adjusted. No preset temps are locked in, instructions on adjusting are on the app. Once again this was not communicated to me if he had an issue. If he had I would’ve resolved immediately. Robert’s review seems like a personal attack against myself and the home, his communication with me was almost none, the communication he did have with me was short, abrasive and mean spirited. If given the opportunity I would’ve resolved any issues immediately during Robert’s stay. I was not given that opportunity. I learned about all of this 1 month after his stay while reading his review. I think Robert’s review of my home should be read by anyone looking to host him. His attitude, abrasiveness and mean spirit are clearly represented in his review. Please check my other reviews on Airbnb and VRBO. I always respond immediately to any concerns and aim to make my guests stay comfortable and memorable.
