Ahwatukee is the place to be!

Great location and clean accommodations. We are return renters and love the location. Great communication and easy check in/check out procedures.

Home away from home

We were so happy to find this location so close to family. We felt at home immediately. Spacious, clean, well stocked and in a quiet safe location. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here.

Sort weekend stay

My sister and I chose this VRBO rather than a hotel stay and were so glad we did. Bedrooms are spacious each with full bath. We were walking distance to the Safeway where we picked up breakfast food. Fully appointed and the host Nadine was so responsive

Quick Getaway.

The property was as described in the listing. The condo was well furnished, and we enjoyed the pool during the warm days. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful neighborhood

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with great pool area a few steps away. Safe area good for morning walk and near grocery and restaurants. Loved the views of the surrounding mountains and a trip up South mountain is a must for a view of Phoenix. Hope to come back and would stay in this exact condo again. Great time!

Best VRBO stay ever!

Ground level was a plus. Rooms were very clean. Not even a speck of dust on chandeliers, which are often forgotten. We only used one bedroom. Nice furniture, sturdy. Well decorated. We both loved it and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you!

Ahwatukee Fun

Great place to rent - love the location. We walked to many restaurants and the grocery store. The unit had everything we needed, plus more! Loved that you had a checkers game. Haven't played that in decades! Owners were easy to reach when questions came up and quick to reply to messages. We ended up arriving to Ahwatukee early and the owners allowed us to check in early and add a day onto our rental. Thanks so much for a great stay!

A Much Needed Sister Vacation!

What a great place to spend some quality sister time! The condo gave us both our own bedroom and bathroom. The screened in patio was where we started our day with a cup of coffee, then we went for a 2 mile walk around the complex (starting with the beautiful lake!), went to the farmers market, relaxed at the pool, and went out to some wonderful restaurants. We were going to Uber when needed but decided to rent a car instead ... highly recommend. Too many cool places to explore around Phoenix! Nadine is the best ... super easy to communicate with and she gave us some great recommendations. We are already planning our next stay!

Perfect for the price!

Nadine was an exceptional host, showing great flexibility and understanding with my late check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment greeted us with a sense of warmth and readiness, showcasing a level of cleanliness that was commendable, though a bit more attention could enhance the living room carpet and the area beneath the couch. A delightful surprise awaited us in the kitchen, which was generously stocked with lots of food, including the unexpected treat of leftover Girl Scout cookies—a lovely bonus indeed! The beds were soft, providing a cozy feel, albeit with a unique characteristic of indentations on each side; however, finding a comfortable sleeping position was easily achieved by a diagonal position. The location was absolutely ideal, offering convenience and contributing significantly to a pleasant stay. Overall, with a few minor tweaks, this place has all the ingredients for a wonderful retreat.
