Il ne fait aucun doute que vous êtes dans une plage paradisiaque dans ce charmant condo. Il comporte plusieurs accessoires décoratifs sur le thème de la plage, notamment des coquillages, des dauphins, des sirènes, des phares, des oiseaux et des hippocampes. Il présente également diverses images encadrées de scènes de la vie marine et de la plage. De plus, vous pouvez écouter le son des vagues sur le grand balcon ou même à l'intérieur de l'appareil. Les hébergements comprennent un lit king-size dans la chambre, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis, un canapé-lit, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à six personnes au total. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le placard, une cuisine complète, un comptoir dans le couloir et, bien sûr, le balcon panoramique.

Le Gulfside Condominiums se trouve à proximité des boutiques et des restaurants de Fort Walton et à seulement dix minutes de Destin, il dispose d’une piscine sur le toit qui offre l’une des meilleures vues sur l’île d’Okaloosa. Perfect Beach Stay

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Area is nice and quiet and not overcrowded. Condo has everything you could possibly need. Chairs and umbrella definitely a plus. Would stay here again if I cane back to area.

Awesome views!

Beautiful place to stay for anyone looking to get away on the water without extreme crowds!! Wonderful stay with 2 infants! The rooftop pool was such a bonus!

Great condo

Check in and out was super easy. Great view of the beach. Loved the chair service. Condo was clean and comfortable. Concierge was efficient and called me to let me know that early check in was possible. We will be back!

Beautiful Condo and Balcony

Had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The balcony and view were breathtaking. We would highly recommend this unit.

Absolutely perfect

The condo was exactly as described and was perfect for my family of 4. The proximity to the beach was amazing. This will definitely be my #1 pick next time we come. If i had to pick one thing to improve on id say the bathrooms could be updated (showers) but they worked fine with good pressure and its not really a big deal. The beds were comfortable. We had an amazing trip from TN.

Better than imagined!

Our stay at Gulfside 503 was better than we even imagined. The unit was exactly as presented but the magnificent balcony and view took it over the top. We needed a peaceful, quiet retreat and we got exactly that. Everything in the unit was awesome. We will definately be back.

Best Florida Vacation

Property was exactly as listed. Perfect location with low volume condo on both sides. Left beach access easy and no issues with crowding. Condo was immaculate with plenty of space for family and all furniture and appliances were in perfect working order. Beach chair service was perfect addition to rental and the city cleans beach daily for perfect white sand and water that is crystal clear. Close enough to Destin for entertainment off the beach but removed from crowds for full relaxation. Will definitely stay again!

Close to the restaurants on the island. Brooks team was super helpful and the guide was great for all info.Not a huge deal but note for elderly visitors. Elevator was super slow and pool being on top floor meant no bathrooms at beach level. Had to go up to unit to use restroom or up to pool when sitting on the beach.

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

We have been to the area many times over the years. This was one of our favorite condos we’ve stayed in. Nice furnishings, fully stocked and great deck. Twin beds were squeaky and one twin mattress slanted to one side. The floors had not been mopped well and caused feet to get dirty if not wearing shoes. Otherwise, all was great and everything else was very clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit several times, as my husband likes it for several reasons. I was there this time by myself. Housekeeping leaves a bit to be desired. End tables were dusty. There was a red stain on the coverlet on the master bed. On a positive note, maintenance was prompt, efficient & polite.
