The Space:

Island Echos 7F is a beautiful seventh-floor, Gulf-front condo offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms in a spacious and welcoming layout. Boasting breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, Island Echos 7F offers a picturesque accommodation during your next vacation to Okaloosa Island. With a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, two twin-size beds in the guest bedroom, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, Island Echos 7F accommodates up to six guests comfortably. Upon entering, you will find the guest bedroom on your right, offering two twin-size beds and a TV, ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. There is a washer/dryer combination adjacent to the guest bedroom, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The guest bathroom offers a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. The well-equipped kitchen is located at the end of the short hallway, offering full-size appliances, plenty of storage space, along with all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen leads to the dining area and living room, providing plenty of space for the whole family. In the dining room, you will find a wooden table with four chairs, and there are two additional bar stools by the kitchen breakfast bar. Step into the inviting living area, offering matching décor and comfortable furnishings, along with a large TV. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Cozy up with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all that Okaloosa Island has to offer.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Amazing Oceanfront Condo!!

It was a great place to stay. Super clean and amazing views. Only thing that sucks was the beds, quite uncomfortable but could be tolerable. Love how close it was to everything. Will definitely be back!

Excellent location!!

The property location is perfect! Condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. Beach set up was included and there were extra beach chairs in the closet. The only reason for the 4-star rating is the beds are a bit uncomfortable.

We loved our 5 night stay in this beautiful property. Immaculate. Very roomy with comfortable furnishings. Loved having coffee on the patio while overlooking the gulf. Chair service is very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Our condo was extremely clean, attractive and in a perfect location. We could not think of anything else it required. The decor was very attractive, the view from the balcony was excellent! Can't wait to do it again, this time, for "more days"!

Beach Therapy

This condo was amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. It was newly remodeled throughout. This unit was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful views of the beach. The check in instructions were very clear and we had no problems. The location was wonderful as well, close to shopping and restaurants.

The stay was great. The master bed was very hard and could use some pillow top extras to help out. The A/C unit got clogged but Maintence came and fixed within the hour and the air stayed cool on 72/73x

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay here, the open floor plan and view is nice, was clean except for base of toilet in Main downstairs bathroom, had urine stains and smelled of urine. The door code also did not work when we arrived and had to wait about 15 minutes to get in, but the customer service was excellent and they were trying their best to resolve the door issue. The beach is beautiful and clean, lots to do nearby, great restaurants nearby too.

Room with a view

This property was large enough for 3 adults and 2 kids with nice views of the ocean. No long waits for the elevator, clean unit, nice bit of ocean front with 2 chairs and umbrella at your access each day. The pool was “eh” but I think it’s standard for condo properties. Big perk, the building was very easy to find, enter and park (free 2 spots). We would stay in this unit again.

Great Getaway!

The decor was updated and modern including appliances. This unit overall exceeded my expectations. The location is superb with an amazing view of the Gulf. The Vacasa staff was on point with courteous calls to ensure the vacation was going smoothly. I will return to this unit. My only suggestion to enhance the unit, would be to replace the mattresses on all beds as they are too soft and quite noisy.

Nice Unit and Quiet Condo Complex

This was a great visit to Okaloosa Island. Nice complex and the unit was also comfortable and clean. The unit also had basic essentials such as dish detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, paper towels, trash bags. These are things you don't always get when renting a condo. The only minor negatives were the unit is in great need of some new saute pans, and a cutting board. We LOVED the complimentary beach service.

Awesome place!

Beautiful condo with everything needed for a wonderful stay! Everything was very clean and the kitchen was almost as well equipped as my own. I gave it 4 stars because the shower doors were off track and the kitchen faucet was loose thus making it hard to find the cold and hot water. I communicated these to management but chose not to have them repaired while we were there. Only 1 dishwasher powder packet and 2 trash bags were left for our 6 night stay and the supplied TP wasn’t enough. The master bed was hard but my husband liked it well enough. All in all, this is a great place to stay and I’d stay here again.

Great location and beautiful view

Super clean and wonderful beach access. The 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach can't be beat! Would have been great to be able to use the dvd rentals. I got 2 movies the first day after a long day at the beach/pool and the dvd player was not hooked up and did not have cables to hook up. I called the number given on the brochure and was told someone would be up and contact me the next day... no one ever came or called :[ the outlets in the master bath do not work and the construction was very loud at 6 am set up. However, aside from these few minor issues the place was very nice and construction now means improvements which is always a good thing for the future! Super clean and convenient location. Thanks
