Studio 5 was just as described. Everything we needed and immaculately clean. It is convenient to Charlottesville and minutes from Monticello. Our children live nearby so we will surely return.

We had a wonderful time in Charlottesville! This Vrbo was the perfect option to serve as our home base while exploring the area. Well appointed and great communication from the owner; we had everything we needed.

The location was perfect for our weekend at Monticello and surrounding areas. The entrance to the suite is a little awkward - and excessively bright, however, it was all clean and modern. There wasn't a stove, so we appreciated the coffee pods being provided, since our pot and ground coffee wouldn't work. There was a good toaster/oven and microwave. It worked really well for our weekend away.

Outstanding Small Studio

The studio (unit 5) is small but updated, clean, efficient, and incredibly well-stocked (coffee K cups and machine, creamer, bottles of water, washer and dryer including soap pods, dishwasher, pocket electric stove top stored in a cabinet, dishware and pots and pans, and even a welcoming bottle of Italian Montepulciano wine!). Tight, but cozy and comfy. The location is ideal...adjacent to Monticello and a short drive into Charlottesville. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful place to stay

This was the perfect spot for us! It was halfway to our destination in North Carolina. We enjoyed a beautiful and relaxing overnight stay. The accommodations were clean, inviting, and everything we needed and more was available. It is obvious that the hosts take great pride in making sure their visitors have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Thank you.

Incredible in every way

I couldn’t find a single thing wrong with this place. the scenery is picturesque, everything was sparkling clean and even better than described. Lots of parking. Everything Charlottesville has to offer is within a 10 minute drive. Carter mountain is literally less than 3 miles from the property. I couldn’t believe how nice this place was especially given that it was more affordable than most hotels in the area. Can’t wait to stay again.

Lovely Property in Convenient Location

This apartment is so nicely appointed! The interior is a new remodel and could not be nicer. More spacious than we anticipated, too. We had a one night stay and it was perfect for being near the arena. Occasionally we heard the resident above but this didn’t bother us at all. The host provided great instructions for check in and the property. We would definitely stay again!

Great Weekend

Just as promised we received our check in information at 3:45pm. It was so easy getting in and out. Once inside it was amazing. I Loved all of the personal touches. The bottle of wine was the icing on the cake. Thank you for having such a great property for a couple to get away to. Will definitely stay here again & recommend to others. Amy

Wonderful property!

This place was adorable. Just like the photos. Bed comfortable and full size was fine for me and my husband. Check in was a breeze. Clear instructions for check in and out. Well stocked. We could hear footsteps and the toilet flush upstairs but no big deal. Nothing I can think of to change. We hope to come back!

Good, clean, small as advertised.

Thank you for the coffee setup and beans! We managed well; 2 nights was enough however. It’s a tight fit for two with gear., and fitting in the bed. Large size people would need a bigger space. We planned well for heating leftovers, soup, oatmeal
 in the microwave. No range/stovetop. Be prepared. Or eat out. Nice grills available on grounds; just didn’t fit for our “out all day” style.
