I actually think this is a noticeably stronger sales page. The very first thing a guest learns is that the property now has a private covered hot tub, and the rest of the copy reinforces the experience rather than simply listing features. It also positions the property well for late summer, fall foliage season, winery weekends, and holidays instead of feeling geared primarily toward winter.
The property is easily accessible by car and contains five parking spaces.

Note on Country Living & Pest Control
Our homes are located in the beautiful Virginia countryside, where you’ll enjoy fresh air, mountain views, and peaceful surroundings. With this setting comes the reality of nature—including the occasional visit from local insects.
We are proactive about pest control and maintain a quarterly professional spray plan, with several additional treatments scheduled throughout the year at every property. While this greatly reduces activity, it’s not possible to eliminate every bug entirely, especially during certain seasons.
Thank you for understanding that a few sightings are a natural part of staying in a rural area—and part of the charm of being surrounded by nature!
