Welcome to Dixieland Den!

This condo is only 1.5 miles from Bryant Denny Stadium and just a few blocks from the heart of Tuscaloosa, where you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars!

The condo is 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed with an attached bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and an attached bathroom with a tub-shower. The condo is apart of gated community and has two reserved parking spots as well as a 24hr exercise and fitness room! This is NOT a pet friendly property.

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

*Please Read Prior to Booking:

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

This condo is immaculate and so well stocked for a stay. We were incredibly impressed with the furnishings, location, and communication of the hosts.

Great location. Great stay.

We stayed for graduation weekend. Only issue was air conditioning that was not working. Bad weather and busy weekend caused timing issue with repair - but all resolved in the end with repair just in time when rain passed and warm weather returned. Would recommend property, we would stay again.

We stayed her for our last child's freshman move in UA! (Saying this so you know my stress level!!) Absolutely amazing stay!! If you are reading this book now!! The location, layout, amenities, attention to detail and over all comfort were incredible. The balcony was an awesome added bonus and the use of space in this unit was Extraordinary. The communication, security precautions and neighborhood were great!! Thank you! We will be back!
