Magical Residence Resort, 5 min Disney

Stay in our magical residence! This modern 4 bedroom and 4.5 bath villa is filled with high-end finishes & amenities and is just 5 miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World! Every room has its own ensuite bathroom. No need to wait in line. Enjoy the resort style amenities that include a community hot tub, heated pool, fitness center, kid’s play area, club house and playground.

Once you enter the magical residence, you will be greeted by an open floor concept that brings together the kitchen, dining and living areas. It is the perfect spot to gather, talk, laugh and entertain. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and waterfall granite island with bar-stool seating for four. The dining area features a contemporary table that seats eight and the living room is decorated in a modern and elegant style. You can also just relax and watch your favorite movie on the smart tv.

On the first floor you will also find the guest room with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. This is great for those that do not want to take the stairs, or just want to leave the madness upstairs. Have a good night’s sleep in the queen-size bed . You can also just enjoy a good movie or series on the smart tv or just sit down and read your favorite book. Books not included! Ha!

On the 2nd floor you will find luxury vinyl plank flooring with the following rooms:

- Master Suite Lion King themed room with a king-sized bed will let you relax and prep for the next day. Treat yourself to a relaxing time in the bathtub while your partner can take a bath in the shower all at the same time. Or just lay down with Simba and Nala on the bed while you watch your favorite show or movie. In the walking closet you will find a child’s portable crib and the highchair is located in the guest room on the first floor.

- Mickey Mouse room has 2 twin beds and one full size bed. This room is designed to keep the magic going! Like the other bedrooms, this one also has an ensuite bathroom, and a smart TV.

- Avengers room has 2 twin beds. Avengers are there to protect you from all evil. Like the other bedrooms, this roomd also has an ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the smart TV, ceiling fan, and keep the kids’ stuff hidden in the walking closet.

- The minions will help you with the laundry. Private washer and dryer combo will let your travel lighter. Just plan to take those clothes for a quick spin. Tip: You will find yourself needing luggage space for the other things you buy while in the parks.

Other considerations:

- Outdoor Patio - Enjoy and eat outside. There's a dining table on the patio, facing the lush, green space of a nature preserve.

- Communications – We strive to make this experience unique and that you have all the information you need to make this experience memorable. Therefore, once you book, we will provide you with a link to our digital guidebook. In this guidebook you will find more information about us, the property, what is included, what is not, things to bring, rules and regulations, check-in and check-out procedures, some useful tips, etc.

- Pet Friendly – Your loved ones also have a right to vacation. Refer to additional pet fee charges. Max 2 pets. No pets allowed on beds, couches or other furniture. Please bring your pets’ beds as this helps them feel at home.

- Parking – Your reserved parking spot with the apartment number is just in front of the residence door. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated "guest" parking spaces.

- Valet Trash pick-up - Door-step collection begins after 10 AM, 7 days a week. Please use 13 gallon kitchen bags and tie all waste. You can place it in the plastic bench at the entrance to keep a clean home. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. In addition, there's also a community dumpster available for trash disposal.

- Linen and Towels – The magical residence will provide freshly cleaned linen and towels for your stay. We will provide a set of towels for each guest, and you can find a few spares in the rooms. We will also provide pool towels. Please make sure to bring them back to the apartment. In the laundry room you will find some laundry detergent if you wish to have fresh set.

- Housekeeping -There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

- This is self-catering rental. Please stop by your nearest supermarket (Walmart is just a block away) to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. We do provide a some starter provisions for you. .

- Other property features free WiFi, flat-screen TVs in all the bedrooms, ceiling fans in every bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and laundry!
