Offrez-vous des vacances de luxe dans ce magnifique condo de 1864 pieds carrés, entièrement meublé et récemment rénové, dans le Shores Club Condominium à Daytona Beach Shores. Vous apprécierez la vue imprenable sur l'océan Atlantique depuis la paroi vitrée du sol au plafond qui s'étend sur toute la largeur du salon de 30 pieds et de la chambre principale dans de magnifiques trois chambres, trois salles de bain condo. Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bain dédiée. Le Shores Club Condominium est sur la partie non-drive de la plage, et est pratique pour les restaurants, les magasins et tout ce que Daytona Beach a à offrir. Le bâtiment vient de terminer sa rénovation, avec sa salle d'exercice au premier étage, sa bibliothèque, son sauna et son centre communautaire.
Le condo offre, WIFI sans fil, TV dans chaque chambre, avec centre de divertissement DVD & CD dans notre grande salle de réunion, dossier de siège, profitez de la vue depuis l'océan ou la rivière. L'unité est située au cinquième étage et dans le coin sud-est, offrant une vue sur la rivière et l'océan. Vous pouvez choisir de passer la journée sur la plage, à la piscine ou ne rien faire d'autre que regarder les dauphins depuis votre propre balcon privé. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'au Sunglow Pier pour pêcher ou profiter d'un bon repas pendant que vous regardez les surfeurs surfer sur les vagues
Votre balcon privé est un excellent endroit pour profiter des levers de soleil spectaculaires et des lancements de navettes spatiales. Faites un jogging ou marchez sur la plage ou nagez dans la piscine chauffée en bord de mer. Plus tard, descendez dans la zone commerçante pittoresque et charmante ou louez un vélo et roulez le long d'une des plus belles plages de Floride. Les enfants adoreront le sable et le surf tout en jouant sur la plage sécurisée «sans conduite». Les golfeurs n'oubliez pas d'apporter vos clubs! Il existe de nombreux terrains de golf exceptionnels et abordables dans la région.

Il est à seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Daytona Beach, où vous trouverez la nouvelle zone OceanWalk avec des cinémas, des restaurants et des concerts dans le Bandshell. Vous trouverez Ponce Inlet à seulement 4 miles au sud, avec ses nombreux restaurants sur l'eau, la navigation de plaisance et la pêche, et le phare historique de Ponce Inlet. Traversez les ponts vers le continent et profitez d'une journée au Daytona Speedway. Ou conduisez seulement 1 à 1 1/2 heures à Orlando pour toutes ses attractions. Quel que soit votre plaisir, vous passerez de nombreuses heures de plaisir et de détente dans ce charmant condo.
Le bâtiment et le parking clos sont sécurisés et des ascenseurs pour un accès facile. Condo a laveuse et sécheuse.
Nous savons que vous aimerez cette maison autant que nous. Pour le confort continu de tous nos invités, nous NE POUVONS PAS autoriser les animaux ou fumer dans le condo, mais il est permis de fumer sur le balcon.

Property was as described. Overall, a great week. Condo was super nice and clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. Only downside would be the parking. Only 1 parking space reserved, not an issue if you only bring 1 car.

The cleaning people were outside our door before checkout time which was 10am I felt very rushed especially since all of the dishes and laundry had to be done or there would be extra charges.

October on the Best Beach!!

Stayed for 2 weeks. The condo was just great! Well appointed and cared for. And the view out of the whole front side was amazing!! The sitting area on the back side looking out at the Halifax was wonderful also. But that beach.....you cannot get a better beach to walk, play games or just relax and look at the sparkling water. Thank you!

Great location

This place is a great location with little ones because no one can drive on this section of the beach. It could have been a little cleaner. We found cereal boxes in a bedroom, several items on the floor indicating it was never swept and sinks not clean. All in all, it was a good place to stay.

Beautiful view of ocean

Property had a very well stocked kitchen! Thank you for that! Lots of towels (and they were fluffy and thick!!!), and an amazing view of the ocean. Easy onsite parking considering it was spring break week! We had 2 cars so one could go in the garage but it was never a problem for parking at the building! Construction was going on replacing windows. The crew were very polite and did their best to not be in the way at the pool. Lovely beach, no cars on this section.

Spring Break

Our visit was good except the building was being worked on Monday thru Friday. The owner knew this ahead of time but did not give us a chance to find somewhere else. It was a lovely location and the condo was very nice but the noise was very annoying. It is hard to recommend something when the owner is not honest about the property.

The start of work was announced by HOA board shortly prior to your arrival and unfortunately i was out of town during this period. The work was outside of my unit and i wish you had contact me to work out a solution earlier. Again, I apologize for the noise as the noise travels through the entire concrete building. Mohsen

Beautiful Condo!

My family has been vacationing at the Shores Club for over 20 years and this is definitely one of the most beautiful condos on the property. These units are very spacious condos and we were definitely impressed with the renovations done to the unit. Unfortunately there were a lot of rainy times during our visit this year, but at least we had a beautiful condo to relax in while we waited for the rain to move on. We did find that there was not a TV in one of the bedrooms although the ad says there is one in every room. My only other concern is that there is no dresser at all in one of the guest bedrooms which makes it difficult to unpack. Hopefully the owners are still looking for the perfect piece and will be adding this soon. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for your kind review. We have added the TV & dresser that were mentioned in your review to the bedroom this month. These items were damaged during remodeling and we were unable to make correction since the unit was booked continuously. We have also added a wet bar to our large room, which complements the entire modification. Again than you for staying with us and looking forward to have you visit us again.

Great Family Vacation Location - Amazing Beach !

We arrived in from the Orlando Airport approx 1hr 30 mins away ( depending on traffic ) - easy travelling with the help of a GPS. We have stayed at the Shores club on 2 previous occasions and this was certainly our favourite condo. It is a very safe location especially with no driving on the beach . We loved the deck . The owner was great to deal with even allowing us to rent part-way into the second week . The condo was very spacious and tastefully decorated. Our kids loved the closet full of boogie Boards and skim board and other beach toys . We had fun using the bikes on the beach ( even managed to loan a couple more from other tenants- very friendly building ) . We enjoyed running and walking on the beach and getting rolled over in the waves or swimming in the pool . Crabby Joes is a short walk up the beach + our kids enjoyed the Cracked Egg Restaurant.The condo is in a great location with Publix Grocery close by as well as pharmacies and Cow Licks Cream Shop. We booked here because we wanted a relaxing vacation on the beach which was exactly what we got . We enjoyed a few shopping and excursions to amusement parks in Orlando but always looked forward to returning to the Shores Club and the amazing view from our Condo. We would certainly love to return again and would highly recommend this condo . Thanks again .

Everything that you could want for a beach vacation!We enjoyed the spacious well appointed accommodations on the no drive beach. Splendid view of the sun rise, and we even caught a rocket launch during our stay! We would definitely consider another stay in this property.

Great for families

Condo was in a great location on the no drive section of the beach which was perfect when you have kids with you. The rooms were very accommodating for all ages. Condo could have been cleaner and livening room furniture could be updated but overall we would stay here again.

Gorgeous views and updated condo

The updated appointments at this condo were very nice and open. The washer/dryer held a huge amount of laundry! You cannot beat the 'no drive' beach, when you have children especially. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay, needs to have assigned parking outside of parking garage, had an SUV that wouldn’t fit in garage. Every time you left had to wait for a space to open up.

The key factors that makes us revisit a place, is the cleanness of entire place including linen and towels. We pride ourselves in providing the best for our guest.
We purchased this property in 2011, and hope to remodel the entire space in September. The new plan is attached in this site. My hope is to ask you to visit us now and come back see the change.
