We have stayed at this property twice and it is always nice. It is very clean, and we love the location. We come for a swim meet at ASU at this time every year and the location is perfect. It's less than 10 minutes from the pool, and near Tempe Marketplace which has anything and everything you could need. We have four of us - two adults and two kids and it's nice for each of them to have their own room (with room to spare in the bunk bed room). We will continue to stay here as long as we come to this meet.

Great stay! Beautifully kept, spacious house with all the facilities and equipment you need for a comfortable stay. Very convenient to ASU, stores, restaurants, etc. Joel was very easy to communicate with and extremely prompt in responding to all the questions we had. Would 100% recommend.

Super cute place

Super cute and comfortable place for our family. We attended a family wedding 5 miles away and this place was perfect for us to get ready and then come back and sleep comfortably. The host was fabulous and responded to our questions quickly.

Family Trip

The location was great. It was nice to be able to swim too. The pool was an added bonus. There were plenty of games in the house for us to have a family game night too after dinner. We left a hydroflask that had sentimental value. The owner was great and mailed it back to us. Thank you so much!

Golf Trip 2025

Over all the property was adequate. We had some issues with bathroom faucets but those were address by the owner. The kitchen cookware needs improvement as there is very little to choose from and the pots-pans that are available are well beyond their service life.We did have seven perfect warm sunny days during our stay but could not enjoy the pool as the water temperature uncomfortably cold.

We originally chose this neighborhood due to it's location. We purchased it 25 years ago for it's ideal positioning near the 101 and 202 freeway interchange, with easy access to the I-10 and I-60, public transportation, and local favorites like Downtown Tempe and Tempe Beach Park, ASU, and Downtown Scottsdale. Since then the immediate area has been enhanced by the Cubs Spring Training facility and ballpark and Riverview Park with it's ponds, playgrounds, green spaces and splash pad, all in walking distance. Mesa Riverview and Tempe Marketplace malls were both built within five minutes east or west, full of shopping, dining, and entertainment. And Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is just 12 minutes away!

Our location and careful design set us apart. We have owned, lived and worked in Tempe since 1994, and entertain family and friends at our home all year long, as well as own and self manage many rentals in the Tempe area. We designed our townhome with the intent of making it a place we would want to stay. A cool, comfortable base of operations after long days vacationing in our Arizona sunshine. Our color scheme, materials, and decor were all chosen to make our guests feel comfortable and cool, even while spending time in the desert. We hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed putting it all together!
