The place was perfect for our weekend. We stayed with another couple and felt the place had enough privacy and a huge living space for us to enjoy our time.

For the most part, this VRBO was a good stay. The updated large kitchen was well stocked, the beds which had memory foam mattresses were comfortable (our friends said the master bed mattress was soft), the front and back yards were very nice and the neighborhood was quiet. Some minor things which could be improved on is to supply better quality paper towels and toilet tissue, have extra kleenex available and touch up some of the wall paint. Also, every night the smoke alarm loudly blared, "the battery is very low".

Numerous light bulbs were out in the property. The Fire Alarm was going off when we entered. Dead battery. Towels had a bad smell to them like they had been sitting in a washing machine too long.Other than that, we so enjoyed our stay. Very cute and cozy home and was perfect for our girls trip. Great location as well. Close to everything we needed. Thank you so much! And thank again for mailing our left items. So appreciate it!

Spring Training Stay

Property was clean and great for our family gathering. Only downfall was that we stayed a week and there wasn't a washer/dryer available for our use but Ryan was very helpful in recommending a local laundromat. Our family had a great time and we would definitely stay again.

A couple of golf buddies and I were meeting up with a 4th for a weekend of golf. He had no room at his house so we found this perfect house within a half mile of his. Honestly, we didn't spend a lot of time in the rental, but everything worked and it was well supplied for anything we might want to do in the kitchen.

Overall we had a great experience. My only downfall was the kitchen was not well stocked. Only one wine glass for vacationers was disappointing. And I wish there would have been more loungers by the pool. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location for Spring Training Baseball

Great place to stay for anyone looking to find a central location for Spring Training baseball. Access to all main arteries with lots of amenities around it. House was perfect place to relax after a day out in the sun. We were there with 2 families and it provided plenty of room for everyone. House is well appointed and you can basically show up and be right at home. Our boys were also playing baseball and the location was close to all fields. Access to laundry facilities was a must and the owner accommodated those needs. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be looking for its availability next year. Thanks!

Spring training

We stayed at this property for a long weekend to go to the Cubs spring training games. The property was a perfect distance from the park. Our overall experience at the property was good. The pool was very clean but very cold and we couldn't use it. A heater would have been nice. The furniture both outside and inside is very old and worn. The beds are very soft and worn out. The house was very clean though and overall, we did our enjoy our stay.

It was okay

A lot of things about the house were really nice! Some things were odd; Like the counters are beautiful, but then the back door, on the interior, in the same kitchen, was scratched all up, major areas of paint gone, like a third of it, handle to floor. Since it black, you couldn't miss it.Bowls, collinder, were old and weirdly tarnished.The cold water pressure in both of the bathroom is very low, just north of a trickle.The back gate, which leads to where you dump the garbage, has to be "secured" by propping up two rocks at the right angle.The bedrooms were nice, but again, some had huge swaths of paint chipped and scratched.No washer and dryer, just as a side note.You can't use the garage. And the windo in the kitchen, that looks into the garage is spray painted white. Again, beutiful stove, but huh, that's an odd detractor.The pool was lovely.The neighborhood was close to freeways, making everything about 15 minutes away, which was great.The gold chairs in the living room, really are there, giving an odd 60's vibe, they were also fairly beat up.Didn't get the kind of welcome email, and timely info emails I've received with other vrbo rentals.There was food in the fridge from a previous guest...I assume. 6 eggs, 1 yogurt, etc...Putting green was fun.Overall, it was good. We just had a lot of...this is odd, moments.Would I stay there again? Probably. Maybe. Would i tell a friend...you should totally stay here? No.
