Enjoy mountain views and crisp, fresh air while relaxing in this beautifully styled home.

This 3 bedroom home fits perfectly for 2 family with kids. There is one king-sized bed at 1st Bedroom and a queen bed at 2nd bedroom, also 3th bedroom equipped with bunk beds that can accommodate 6 person. The Living room has sectional sofa as an additional place for 2 people. There is a full kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. Separate room with washer and dryer.

This home is close to many ski resorts for fun in the winter and is surrounded by many hiking trails and fishing spots for the spring and summer days. Located just15 minutes from the Loveland Ski Area, 30 minutes from Winter Park Resort, 45 minutes from Breckenridge and 45 minutes from Downtown Denver, close to Georgetown for fishing, shopping and dining. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as many other amenities. The living area has a sofa section, a recliner, a tv, and a sideboard with electric fireplace. There is 2 front doors to the front balcony from living room and other one from dinning room. This home is located in beautiful Empire, Colorado. There is wildlife big and small all around and depending on the season you may see bugs, deer, bear etc. If you are looking for all of the adventure of the Colorado outdoors with the amenities and comfort of a modern home, this will be perfect for you! The closest large grocery store is the Safeway in Idaho Springs, 10 miles away but there are some smaller stores at the town, gas stations, restaurants. The home has central heating for the winter months. Because you are in a mountain town, please remember that wildlife will be present. Any trash left outside is at risk of being spread by animals.

The biggest bedroom had no door/privacy and you walk right into it when you come in the front door. We saw mice scurrying, which scared the kids.

Great place to bunk for ski or rafting week

We enjoyed the property's ample space. It was a great location for a drive to Loveland. Plenty of room for many to sleep. Property was just as described and owner was responsive.

It was very clean and open. The game table was a plus! Could not find a wine opener, but other than that we enjoyed the facilities.

The house was clean and had everything we needed to get away from everyday life.. The game table is definitely a nice touch. The owner was very responsive. It was definitely a great place and we do plan on coming back... Thank you

What a fun place to stay! It was larger than expected. So much room! The pool table was fun. Some suggestions: towel rack, or hooks for towels in the bathroom off of the kitchen. End tables would be nice in the bedroom off of the kitchen. More silverware and a basket for the dishwasher for the silverware would be great One complaint: when we came back to the house Saturday afternoon we couldn’t find parking places. People were parked all the way over even into the driveway. I’m assuming that the cars were from the white water raft company next next-door. We really did enjoy staying there.

Good location & price, but property is definitely a little quirky

If you're a group of college students looking for a place to stay with lots of beds close to skiing this place will be fine for you. If you're a family and traveling with kids, I wouldn't recommend it. Pros:-clean-good location -amazing coffee shop across the street -plenty of spaceCons:-odd floorplan, this was clearly some kind of commercial building or duplex that was haphazardly renovated -the open bedroom is right next to the living room and the lights are on the same circuit as the living room lights so you cannot use the living room after you put kids to bed -very cheap furnishings-beds only have a very thin quilt on them and no extra blankets are available -smallest shower I've ever seen, if you're above average size you'll be uncomfortable -very close to a busy road that has a lot of traffic and generates a lot of noise -uncomfortable beds -lots of broken things: --2 sets of blinds were broken and fell off the mounting hardware when we tried to open them (we stopped trying after my husband cut his finger and my 7 year old got hit in the head)--the nightstand drawer wasn't attached to a drawer slide and came out when we opened it--a pool stick was broken and the locks on the pool table were broken so the table is off balance--one of the toilets was not attached properly and shook every time we use it
