This cozy home is just a short magic carpet ride away from some of Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg's main attractions! (10 minutes to DollyWood, 15 minutes to the main parkway in Pigeon Forge and 20 min to Gatlinburg!)
Your family will love the charming Disney decor, private fenced in back yard and fire pit! Be Our Guest has three spacious bedrooms, 2 king beds 1 twin and 1 queen. As well as, 2 bathrooms with a jacuzzi tub in the master!

Snuggle up on the huge sectional and watch all of your favorite Disney movies on the 70 inch living room tv! Beautiful large hot tub right outside back door off the deck.
We can't wait to help you create many magical mountain memories!

We have garage and a couple closets locked with personal items. Besides that everything is yours.

This is a wonderful, friendly neighborhood. Very peaceful.

Parking easily fits 4 cars.

This home is lived in 4 months of the year. The owner works in Alaska for the other 8 months of the year. Garage is locked with personal items so she can rent out home. It's full of everything you should need because it's lived in.
There is a small pool in back yard. It is empty and not running for this season.
The back porch has stairs to walk down to back yard. The hot tub is right off back deck. There is a trampoline in the back.
We are pet friendly but you must put you have a pet and pay the fee. If you do not you will be charged $200 upon arrival.
We do not allow pets in the hot tub. If there is pet hair in the filter, we will charge a filter fee of $200. Thank you

We loved this place very much! The host was very attentive and answered quickly! It’s the best place to stay if you’re traveling with dogs also, the fenced in back yard was great!

This place was absolutely amazing! Our daughter came with us and she loved the Disney theme throughout the house. The backyard was perfect for our dogs and the location was great - just a short driving distance to attractions. Michaela was the best and very communicative. This is definitely a gem!

Vacation 2025 sevierville

This home is beautiful had everything we needed for our family stay ..pigeon forge is close and Gatlinburg very busy traffic...we really enjoyed Dollywood and splash country ..the dog came with us and we had everything we needed for our stay..the host was very on hands when I tried to reach her answered immediately..I recommend this house in the quiet neighborhood..we loved it

Great Disney theme!

Loved the Disney decor and the fenced in yard. I was happy to find this place so we could spend Thanksgiving with our family and dogs!

Magical

If you are a Disney fan this is the place for you. Everywhere you turn its Disney!! The music when you walk in is amazing. Nice back yard for pets!

Nice Stay

The property was ready when we arrived and very clean. In addition to the Disney decorations you see in the pictures, they had decorated for fall/Halloween, so it was very festive. The picture accurately reflected the property spaces, though the place felt bigger than the photos suggest. The property manager was excellent to work with. Always prompt to respond to questions/comments. She sent the door code about an hour before our scheduled arrival time and the day before departure, sent a reasonable list of what they would like us to do before leaving (start a load of towels, start the dishwasher, take out the trash, turn out the lights - nothing unreasonable). We did not ask for directions, but Google maps took us straight to the property address with no problem. Nice, safe neighborhood. Very quiet.

Great place to stay for our whole family including our pets. The area was nice and a lot less crowded than the tourist areas that were close by. Nice to be out of the crowded areas but close enough to participate in the tourism like pigeon forge and Gatlinburg
