Unit B is located down the stairs on right of parking pad to private lower deck and entry. Studio is fully furnished with queen bed, dining table, bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen. Smart TV with casting only. No cable. No smoking or pets allowed.

Beautiful view from south window and deck. Entry to Tahoe Rim Trail feet away at junction of Barrett and Drew Ct. Kingsbury North and South Trailsheads within minutes. Fox & Hound and Chart House restaurants close by. Casinos, restaurants, and Lake Tahoe within 5 miles. Studio is located in a quite neighborhood in upper Kingsbury.

1. Maximum Daytime Occupancy: 4 persons
2. Maximum Nighttime Occupancy: 2 persons
3. Quite hours are between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
4. Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the VHR are prohibited.
5. Maximum number of allowed vehicles: 1
6. Number of permitted parking stalls: 1 [right-side of parking pad]
7. Renters will be issued parking placards, which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles. Renters and guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
8. Minimum age to rent a vacation home rental is twenty-five (25) years. A copy of the renter’s driver’s license is required as proof of eligibility to rent.

Wildlife is abundant. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE. Black bears inhabit Lake Tahoe. Leave no food or drinks outside or in cars. Lock you car doors. All trash must be placed in the bear box.

Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Great spot in Tahoe

We loved staying here! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. It was very clean. Only about 5-10 minutes from Stateline and Tahoe but a quieter place to stay.

Wonderful stay, clean unit with everything you need, balcony views, quiet isolated yet short drive to the action of South Tahoe. Hiking trail nearby. Jane and Zeke are top class hosts and have thought carefully through the amenities including Air Conditioning. Thank you Jane and Zeke for your hospitality

Quiet & Peaceful

Great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing mountainside location - with just a short drive to the attractions of South Lake Tahoe. We discovered that there are hiking trails nearby as well. The apartment was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Jane and Zeke were wonderful hosts and communication with them was A.

The perfect place for me, checkin was a breeze, communication with the host was amazing and easy, the apartment had everything I needed and then some. Location is beautiful, like your own private cabin in the mountains. 10 stars! I highly recommend it.

Wonderful Stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the week of the 4th of July and it was perfect! It is located just 10 minutes outside of South Lake Tahoe which made it nice and quiet but still easy to access all the places we wanted to go. The view from the balcony is great too. We were able to enjoy our morning coffee and lunch from the small table out there with birds chirping in the background. The place was extremely clean and the appliances were all brand new. Jane, the host, was very nice and walked us thorough the property. She showed us how to use everything and was available at any time that we needed. We absolutely loved our stay and will stay here again next time we visit Tahoe.
