Sun-kissed and happy, head back inside and utilize the condo's open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. Show off your culinary skills in the updated kitchen adorned with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island. From here, you will be able to easily visit with your loved ones as they stream their favorite shows on the large TV in the living room. The spacious bedroom is flooded with ample natural lighting and is kept cool thanks to partial air-conditioning. Additionally inside, you'll appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer.

Please be aware that check-in MUST occur prior to 10:00PM for this home, due to Gate Access.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
