Ce condo est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ© avec toutes les commoditĂ©s de la maison - juste apporter vous et dĂ©tendez-vous. Profitez de cafĂ© le matin ou hĂ©berger votre happy hour dans l'aprĂšs-midi sur le balcon donnant sur la vue jardin privĂ©. Jessica was great communicating with us about our stay in Marathon. The key pickup/drop off instructions were made very quick and easy. She even gave us a plethora of restaurant recommendations and excursions to check out! Everything was very clean and we even had a heated pool (community pool) and a small private beach to walk along. Also Kevin, the property manager, is a very nice and approachable guy if you have any questions about the area. Sadly most of the week we stayed was heavy winds and some cloudy days but we took this opportunity to explore the restaurants (loved Island Fishing Co.), check out the small aquarium, and the dolphin rehabilitation facility. All of which was within a ten minute drive! Thank you very much for having us we don’t know when we will be back but if you’re looking for a calm and easy stay with plenty to do nearby then this is a great spot for you!

Perfect Place

This was our second year at the Condo and we stayed 2 weeks this time. Love the pool and outdoor areas. The Condo is in a great location and the other residents and guests are so friendly. We will definitely be back.

Quiet ,clean, and relaxing

If steps don’t bother you, then this second floor condo will make a comfortable home away from home while you explore the Keys. We had great communication with the manager on site and the realty company. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Time

Third time staying at Royal Plum, but this was our first time at this property. Loved the condo. Enough room for the four of us and beautiful views of the garden from the patio. Had everything we needed for our stay.

First time in the Keys

Good launching spot for a relaxing week. Activities we were interested in doing were close by. The sun even stayed out for us on our last day so we could enjoy the pool.

Relaxing ocean getaway

This is perfect when you want to avoid the traditional tourist crowds and just stay on a locals community. Pool was well kept with great temperatures. Wish there was a little more shading but was enjoyable.
