Welcome to Eagle’s View, our lakefront home on beautiful Silver Lake, a rural and scenic 102-acre lake near Silver Lake, Indiana that provides access to all that nature offers. This completely renovated two-bedroom one-bath home sleeps up to eight guests, offering stunning lake views right from the living room. Our lake house provides a spacious area for lounging with a large sectional, a large dining area (with seating for six), and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a bar (seats 3) area for breakfast or cocktails. The first bedroom includes a king size bed, and the second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom, a twin bed on top, and a stand-alone twin bed. A sleeper sofa is in living room. The bath provides a beautiful new walk-in shower with seating, and fresh linens and towels are provided.

Out on the lake, you’ll experience an unparalleled fishing and boating experience, with over half of the lake shoreline pristine and uninhabited. Watch the bald eagles and ospreys soar over the water before your eyes as you pull in huge largemouth bass, bluegill, perch, and crappie from our Qwest electric-powered (or manually powered) paddle pontoon. Take in the views or dock your own boat on our large private pier stretching over thirty feet onto the lake.

In the evenings cook up your dinner on the new gas grill and dine right on the deck as the sun sets. Enjoy your favorite beverage and great conversation in the covered lounge area with comfy seating and a beautiful gas fire pit.

Plenty of additional entertainment is available for adults and children alike, including a plethora of board games and jigsaw puzzles, complimentary Wi-Fi access, and a new large smart TV with Firestick to stream your favorite shows. Get outside and play some frisbee, soccer, or whiffle ball across the street in our half-acre yard, where the deer from the adjacent woods routinely graze in the early morning or evening.
