Hideaway in the comfort of an upstairs home with magnificent 360 degree views of nature/farmland.

Access to the 2nd floor, 3 bedroom home is through a private entrance on a shared 9-acre property containing wooded areas, fields, beach, pond, beautiful sunsets and more.

Home is fully stocked with almost anything imaginable for an extended stay. Property is very open space with a good amount of fields, wooded areas, pond with a beach and firepit.

Ground floor space is occasionally used for workshop.

This was the best rental I have stayed in. While it was for a funeral, this retreat home was exactly that. The owners went far and above to make it a wonderful place. The attention to details was amazing. They had creamers, coffee, snacks, and teas. While these maybe little, they were such a blessing because were were not able to make it a store right away. The home was beautiful and decorated nicely. The beds were really comfortable. The view was stunning. When I needed to communicate to the host, there was a quick response. Again thank you, for a difficult time for us ,you made delightful.

Perfect weekend

We are a family of four generations who was looking for a safe place to do some generational digging and healing. This space ended up being the perfect place for us to do just that. It was peaceful, relaxing, comfortable and provided every amenity we could have possibly wanted. The host was incredibly welcoming, helpful and hospitable going above and beyond. Everything about this place felt above and beyond!

Hidden gem

What a hidden gem! We were visiting family in the area and this location was perfect. We were close to all the areas we needed (South Whitley, Warsaw, North Manchester and Columbia City). We stay in a LOT of rentals for our travel. This was the best appointed kitchen we’ve ever had. Absolutely everything you would need to prepare meals. In addition, there were snacks and water stocked for us. We felt so welcomed. Plenty of amenities in the bathroom as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again when we’re back for family.

Family Reunion

Was in the area for a family reunion. Beautiful property, clean, up to date, anything you need they had it covered. Great amenities like snacks, waters, coffee, tea etc.. Sondra was very attentive and wanted to make sure we had anything we needed. Great communication! Would 100% stay again if ever in the area.

The only complaint was the water/sewer smell but the property is located in the country so that is probably why, otherwise it is a very nice place. We have enjoyed it!

Barndominium weekend

We had a wonderful weekend, we picked up our granddaughter who’s attending university in Fort Wayne, she loved the treats that were provided. The barn loft was just better than advertised so we will definitely go back for our future as she’s only in her freshman year.

Great place for visiting North Manchester

It was great to find a 3br place in North Manchester with a wonderfully stocked kitchen that had everything you could need to make meals. I imagine would be really fun to use the pond in the summer! The only issues we had is my daughter was too tall for the tiny bunkbeds (made for small children) and there are no blinds on the windows. Being we were visiting from west coast when the sun came up it felt like we were waking up at 4am which was not good. The place seems (and smells) brand new and is fully stocked with towels etc.
