Villa del Mar is near to the beach, Just 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes by golf cart.

The property is located within the Puntacana Resort & Club complex is home to the best beach and golf experience in the Caribbean. The magnificent Resort includes 3 miles of white sand beaches and 45 holes of championship golf, located on 15,000 acres of land. Accessibility via the resort's own Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), privacy, unmatched personal service, understated elegance and Oscar de la Renta's timeless vision define the uniquely Dominican experience, making it a favorite with international leaders and world-renowned personalities.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right next to the resort - 1 kilometer or less than 1 mile from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.


THE VILLA:

Villa del Mar is a beautifull villa with 5 bedrooms, 4 with private bathrooms.

The villa has been FULLY RENOVATED including the furniture, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen.

As soon as you come in, you’ll see the open living- dining- area with a magnificent view of the pool. Is a very comfortable space with unique décor and artwork that liven up the place.

On the right, you will see the stairs to the second floor, the access to the kitchen and a TV room with a comfortable sofa, ceiling fan and air-conditioning to watch movies, sports games, read or relax with a wonderful music.

Enjoy the spacious terrace, all new furniture with two ceiling fans, including a dining table, barbecue, and living room.

The backyard is a completely private with a beautiful swimming pool, a deck with lounge chairs.


THE BEDROOMS:
Villa Del Mar has 5 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The primary suite with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower and TUB.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with trundle bed AND air-conditioning,

Bedroom 3 (downstairs) with private entrance, 2 Queen size beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 4 (downstairs) with 1 Queen bed, air-conditioning, closet and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 5 (downstairs) with 1 Queen bed, air-conditioning, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to the terrace and pool area.

VILLA STAFF:

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens and cooking during your stay. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.
