All parts of the home will be available for you to enjoy with the exception of select locked rooms in the basement and the garage.

The garage will be available for those wishing one month or longer stays.
Other things to note
The home is equipped with keyless entry.

PET POLICY
We love our pets, and up to 2 well-behaved pets per visit are welcome for an additional $100 flat fee per stay.
All pets must be house trained and kept off ALL furniture and bedding.
Per local ordinance, pets must be leashed at all times when outside the home.
Pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in garbage can outside of home.
All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their their pets.

SMOKING POLICY
This is a NO smoking home. Any evidence of smoking (of any kind) in the home (smell) will be subject to a minimum $600 charge.
