This was a cute house well-set up for a group of three ladies. Pros: Kitchen was well-stocked with bakeware, spices, coffee filters, appreciated all the towels, plenty of supplies, full-sized washer and dryer. Hot tub was nice (lid was super heavy). We had plenty of “getting ready” areas with a vanity for each bedroom along with 2 bathrooms. 6 SHARC passes which we didn’t use but a nice addition. Cons: spiral staircase needs some attention (I was worried about it coming out of the wall), fridge and stove are on their last legs, and housekeeping could be more thorough (dust all over the nightstand, long black hair on bed sheets) and it would’ve been nice to have a couple holiday decorations since we were there over Christmas. A flashlight would’ve been great and a snow shovel, better lighting for the hot tub area.

Nice small house next to the train tracks and it sounds and feels as though a very large, noisy train is coming through the house when they pass. Spiral staircase to the upstairs is not easy to use.

The Perfect Location

This property made for the perfect getaway to Sun River. A quirky house, in a perfect location - stocked with everything you need. A grill, hot tub, multiple beds - and in a very quiet neighborhood, we had a great time and would definitely consider coming back here for another visit.

This house was exactly as described and in a great location within Sunriver. The interior of the house is in great condition. Unfortunately, the guests before us had misused the hot tub, resulting in foggy water that I did not notice until we got out. The result was hot tub rash that was so severe it is still visible over two later. We called and someone came to service the hot tub but we did not venture back in after that first experience.

End of season ski trip

I always enjoy staying in Sun River for my ski trips with proximity to the mall. It is a quick 5 minute drive to the mall or 25 minute walk on the trail.

Great family time!

Our family had a fantastic time! The house was very clean and the perfect size for us. Getting to use the tub while it was snowing outside was the highlight for the kids. We'll be coming back!

Relaxing Spring Break Week

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. It is very comfortable and clean. The hot tub is very private and nice after a day of skiing. Also nice to have a fireplace.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great vacation. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the trains go by. Timber lane is very central, we could walk the kids to Fort Rock easily and were at the Sharc in no time as well.

Excellent location close to the park. Cute little cabin style home.

We enjoyed our stay here. We find the train fun to see go by. The location is perfect and it had everything we needed. It seemed a bit outdated and things were not quite super clean feeling, like the floors but pet friendly properties can be that way. The hot tub area is quite dark but overall it was a great place for us.

Great weekend

The property was just as described and actually felt bigger than we thought it would be. The back deck and hot tub are very close to train tracks but it didn't bother us at all. Really cute little house and having a washer and dryer helped a ton!

Stay at Timber sunriver

Excellent accommodations. Tons of space. Everything available. Hot tub was great. Appreciate the snow plow clearing the road and driveway.

Great Place

Very clean and great location! The only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 is the hot tub only had 1 jet and the controls were inconsistent and of course the train tracks. This did not bother us however and we had a great time.
