We had a wonderful stay. The place is quaint and cozy, walking distance from downtown and only a short drive to the dunes. Our dog loved hiking the dunes and we enjoyed walking into town for coffee each morning.

Wonderful Stay!

Such a charming cottage! Clean, comfortable, and well stocked for the perfect weekend. Patio was a plus for sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a cocktail in the evening. Just a quick walk to downtown Saugatuck or strolling the neighborhood of beautiful homes and landscaping! Plan to book again soon!

Peaceful Cottage

I chose this little cottage for a self-imposed mini retreat and I really enjoyed it! It had everything I needed including a very comfortable bed. I relaxed, slept more than I have in a long time, read, and took daily walks into town and explored, shopped, and ate. Saugatuck is very welcoming, diverse, and just a lovely place to be.

We liked the fact that walking downtown was very close by. We were very happy to be able to bring our small dogs with us as we don't like leaving them home. The town was very dog friendly which made it even better. The cottage was very warm and comfortable with all amenities we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We plan on returning next year and renting again the same place. Only slightly negative thing would be the fact the electric stove was hard to regulate temperature and pans sat a bit angled on burners . Shower was a bit tight but luckily they had a good shower head. We had a very good experience. The bed was comfortable.

Quiet home away from home

Quiet and relaxing and only a short walk to the downtown area. For a small place, they utilized the space well. Very unique stay.

Getaway in Saugatuck

I enjoyed my stay at this property. This place is very cozy and comfortable. Felt right at home. Loved that the location to downtown was within walking distance. Also liked the fact that my dog was welcome at all the places I went to. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to Saugatuck. Thanks for the hospitality.

Comfy, Cozy

We stayed here for a couple of nights, enjoying Saugatuck and visiting the Holland Tulip fest for the first time. The location could not be better. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood yet a very short walk to downtown Saugatuck. The property is adorable and the owner lovely to deal with. We highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Trip

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage. It was in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown Saugatuck. It had all the amenities that we needed and had a very comfortable bed.
