Thank you so much for supporting and choosing stay with me @ my cozy Studio-321!

Well, my condo is a centrally-located place in Seattle Center with a cozy studio, a stylish of living place for your getaway in Seattle. It provides you a memorable and comfortable lodging. With all brand new Bed, coach and stylish table, chairs and convenient in unit laundry set. If you need a overnight parking please let me know that I have a in building parking pass with a $10 per day fees for you.

A great communication and support for your stay if you have any issues or requests that I or Helen can be reached at 2067249593.

Location is convenient to the Space Needle, Chuhuily, and many restaurants and coffee shops.The roof top area has a great view. Check in was easy and garage parking a bonus.

For a studio condo it was very well equipped. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space to make dinner. The location was great too!

The location is fabulous, a seven-minute walk to the Space Needle and two museums. Everything was perfect for our stay!

Just right.

Great little studio condo near all the attractions. The hosts were super helpful and the unit was cute and clean. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. My family of 3 all agree we would stay here again!

Fantastic Location!!

We had a lovely stay! The location was fantastic. We loved the neighborhood and the close proximity to the sites we wanted to visit. The condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and quiet. We did not lack for anything while there! The hosts provided clear instructions before arrival and were very responsive. Would definitely book this property again when in Seattle.

Wonderful rental in a great location to all the popular tourist attractions in Seattle. Helen was able to help us promptly when the building code had changed. The room was well stocked with any necessities we may have forgotten and loved having a way to do laundry in our unit. We would definitely come to stay again!

Perfect for a pre-cruise stay

This condo was perfect for our party of 3 just prior to our cruise out of Seattle. Near the Seattle Center and walkable to downtown sites. Condo had all the appointments (bedding, bathroom amenities, washer/dryer) to make our stay comfortable. And the host was incredibly communicative. Excellent stay!

Seattle stay was fabulous

The owners kept a very clean apartment with all the amenities. We even had a washer/dryer to wash our clothes. The bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay with them again.

Cute downtown condo

This is a conveniently located, very comfortable place to stay. We needed a downtown landing pad for a couple of nights and this was perfect. It has a cute little patio and great restaurants within a minute's walk.We slept very comfortably on the queen, despite being king sleepers at home. The shower has great water pressure. The kitchen has everything one would need to prepare a meal.Thanks for sharing your home with us, Alan. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

Very nice apartment and extremely well kempt. Right in the middle of belltown a stones throw from some of my favorite bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Prime Location

Clean property with very responsive hosts. Alan and Helen were very flexible with the check in time and explained everything well. Our stay also included parking which made the price of our stay very reasonable and took away the stress of finding parking every time we went somewhere. The property was a short walk to Pikes Market, restaurants and shopping.

Perfect Seattle Stay!!

A charming apartment, the perfect place for three adults to explore Seattle…close to Seattle Center and public transportation. The modern apartment had everything we needed to relax after our busy days. The neighborhood had many great restaurants and a fantastic French bakery. Our hosts were very available to answer questions when needed. We definitely hope to come back someday!!

This is a great place for staying in Seattle. Good location. Super clean. Alan is a great host: excellent communication, very cooperative and always at your disposal. The place is full of small details that make you feel comfortable and as in home. It could not have been better. Highly recommended.

Cute and comfy

This property was perfect for our weekend stay as we spent time in Seattle before our cruise. It was clean, convenient, and very comfortable for me, my husband, and my teen daughter. The owner was super responsive before and during our stay. Additional plus was the roof-top access that had an amazing view of the Space Needle. We didn’t even need to rent a car - so many good restaurants nearby and a nice walk to Pikes Place Market… Highly recommend!

Clean and accommodating. Wonderful stay!

Our stay was very pleasant. Owners were very accommodating, and communicative. All of our questions were answered promptly via text/voice. Unit was clean with well equipped kitchen and bath. Prime location, walking distance to all things touristy. Check-out was 11am but owners were kind enough to let us keep our luggage in the unit until our late afternoon flight. Next time we're in Seattle, we will definitely look for this property.

Wonderful Belltown location!

I had a terrific 5-day stay at this lovely studio! Has absolutely everything you’d need and is cute and quiet. Building is secure and in a great location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby as well as the waterfront. I was visiting my daughter who has a studio nearby and we walked to every meal and fun night out! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Perfect Seattle Center Getaway

The condo was amazingly clean and comfortable. The host is very responsive to communication and makes the process extremely easy. Also very thoughtful- many added conveniences throughout the place. Just the right size for my husband and I with our teen daughter. Perfect location for exploring Seattle Center and Pike Place Market. We took the light rail from the airport and found everything we wanted to do to be very walkable! Luxury hotel location with all the comfort of staying in a home.
