Bear Bottoms Cabin|Huge GAME ROOM!

Summary:

This rustic, spacious 4 bd, 3.5 ba cabin in Sierra Cedars is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The lake is located around 3 miles away, so you’ll have many water activities to choose from in the summer. If you’re staying in winter, China Peak is 22 miles away. This cabin has a large front & back deck with a beautiful view of the pines. You’ll walk inside to the living area with a wood stove and beautiful kitchen area. Walk upstairs to the large game room which includes many arcade style games.



The Space:

We CANNOT accommodate any PETS due to a severe pet allergy- if you're caught with one, you will be charged a non refundable $700 non disclosed pet fee.



In adherence to the commitment to safety, comfort, and quality service, we have implemented an over occupancy charge of $100 per night per person for guests exceeding the predetermined occupancy limits. This policy serves as a deterrent to prevent overcrowding and ensure that all guests can enjoy a secure and enjoyable stay.



Through the front door, you'll enter into the open living & kitchen area. There is a master suite, half bath and laundry area on the first floor also. Upstairs, you'll find another master with full-size crib & adjoining bathroom, one bedroom with queen and two twin beds. The next room has two queen beds. At the end of the hallway, you'll find a spacious game room with an air hockey table, large TV, pool and shuffleboard table.

You have a full covered front & back deck on the outside. On the side deck, you have two gates on each side that are wonderful for keeping young children in an enclosed, supervised area.



Guest Access:

Guests do not have access to the garage & various other owner closets throughout the cabin. These areas will be locked. Also, the jetted tub downstairs isn’t hooked up.



The Neighborhood:

Sierra Cedars is renowned for its natural beauty and outdoor adventures. From hiking and mountain biking to fishing and boating on Shaver Lake, there's no shortage of activities to explore just a stone's throw away. During winter, experience the wonderland of snow with skiing and snowboarding opportunities in the nearby China Peak Mountain Resort.



Getting Around:

This cabin has a large driveway, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

No parking on the street during winter months due to snow removal.

No recreational vehicles or camping allowed in yards and driveways.

There is no uber, etc in this area.-you need your own transportation.



Other Things to Note:

Please leave all trash indoors- if you need a pick up during your stay, please let us know.

BBQ Grill Policy:

The BBQ grill is available for guest use; however, propane is not provided or guaranteed. Guests must bring their own propane tank if they plan to use the grill. Propane tanks can be filled locally at Shaver Lake Hardware. No refunds or discounts will be issued due to lack of propane.



4x4/all wheel drive vehicles may be required with cables/chains during the winter season. Please be prepared or CHP could refuse entrance into Shaver Lake (168-E)

NO OUTDOOR FIRES ALLOWED IN THE FIRE PIT!

Coffee isn’t provided.

Owners provide wood on the property at no additional charge.

There is a generac on this property (whole house generator) if the power goes out, no worries because this is a life saver!! It turns on & off on its own.

I live about 15 minutes away, so I'm available at any time, but I will respect your privacy during your stay.
