We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this exceptional property. The amenities include a hot tub overlooking the water, easy access into the lake (steps into the water and 2 docks with ladders), a lily pad, a fire table (lovely for cool evenings), a well appointed kitchen, 2 levels of outdoor decks plus lounge chairs at water level, and spectacular views galore! Both bedrooms upstairs were so nice that we were sure which one was the master! The location is outstanding with restaurants, wineries, apple picking, a pumpkin patch, etc. less than 10 minutes away. We enjoyed outstanding barbecue for dinner at a nice winery 2 minutes from the house! The hosts were attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend Rocky Point Lodge!

We had two families here for a total of 8 people, there was more than enough room and was a perfect place to relax and reset. I would recommend this property highly to anyone.

Conveniently located closely to both Chelan and Manson. The star of this property is private lake frontage and the expansive views both up lake and down lake. We enjoyed the docks, mooring ball, and step-in water access. Be prepared to share an en-suite bathroom with the house. An outdoor shower would be a nice add-on. There is an exterior yard/grading project underway that takes away the nice grassy space that was advertised for kids/dogs. Additional chairs/umbrellas would enhance the waterfront…we packed our own patio umbrellas for shade.

It is always tricky navigating the forest fires, but the weather was stunning and the lake perfection. This house is a great location and really enabled our family to maximize lake time and activities.

View from almost every room!

Right on the lake! We had an amazing stay. Very well taken care of and attention to every detail. I’ve stayed at a lot of Rental properties and this is one of my top choices. I will definitely be back.

Perfect Lakefront Escape

This house sits right on the lake and the setting is beautiful. Literally every room in the house has a view of the lake. The house faces west, so the sunsets are stunning, and the lake gets so dark at night that it’s perfect for stargazing right from the porch. The home itself is very well equipped—every utensil you might need is available, which made cooking easy. Another thing we loved was how bright the house is. Every corner of the house gets plenty of natural light during the day, making the whole space feel open and relaxing. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay if you want peaceful lake views, beautiful sunsets, and a comfortable, well-stocked home.

Great Lake House

Well equipped lake house. Comfortable furnishings and stocked kitchen. Easy to work with hosts. Nice location between Chelan and Manson. Amazing views from the huge windows and expansive deck!

Fishing Shenanigans

Group of family and friends go up to Chelan every year to do some fishing and relaxing. This property is excellent especially for the summer when it’s warm for swimming.

perfect spot

beautiful view from all three levels, kids could jump in from the docs, sunbath from the lower level and we could jump on the boat anytime we felt like. Downstairs was perfect space for kids to hang out and have space of their own with small kitchen convienent for drinks and snack food.

Amazing location!

What an amazing property! This home is gorgeous and we loved the privacy it has. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces and being on the water. With 3 levels of living and two kitchens it easily accommodated our group of 10. It’s located right between Chelan and Manson making it easy to enjoy all Chelan has to offer. We will be back next year!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this amazing property, our last hurrah of the summer! We went with family family friends, and the accommodations were perfect. The highlights were the house itself (unique layout, very comfortable, cool spiral staircases!), the huge deck with gorgeous views of the lake, and the waterfront location. We loved being able to step out of the house and hop right in the water. Seamless check in/check out process. Zero complaints! 10/10, highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing Lake GETAWAY!

Beautiful house, private lake access, accessible stairs to enter lake, and the most amazing views. Making memories with friends never gets old. This place doesn’t disappoint! Property managers are responsive and a great help with anything and everything. Do not miss a chance to stay here!
