Welcome to our spacious 1,300 SqFt and artistic apt in Parkview/Kirkwood Atlanta! Entire place is yours. Central! Close to restaurants, coffee, and parks. Nestled between East Atlanta, Inman Park, Candler Park, Cabbagetown, Decatur, Grant Park, and Edgewood. Our apt has art, comfy king & queen murphy bed, a clean bathroom, laundry area and a stocked kitchen w/coffee station. Office space, 400+ Mbps Wi-Fi, fireplace, books, and a Smart TV. This apartment has all you need. No cleaning fees.
The space
Prime Location:
Just a 3-minute walk to 21-acre Dekalb Memorial Park with a new 18-hole disc golf course.
East Lake Golf Course, the oldest in Atlanta and a PGA tour host, is just 5 minutes away.
Historic downtown Kirkwood, is only 3 minutes by car or a 15-minute walk. Atlantaâs Beltline is a quick 6-minute drive away, starting at Muchacho restaurant.
Downtown Atlanta, is a 10-minute drive. Downtown Decatur is a 13 minute drive. Midtown and Georgia Tech are about 10 minutes as well.
As your hosts, my wife Arshiya and I live upstairs and are here to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Weâre always available for recommendations or assistance, and if our schedules align, weâd be happy to greet you in person and show you around. Your privacy is our priority, but we're just a message away if you need anything.

Guest access
You have access to the entire lower basement apartment and back yard. Guests will not have access to the upstairs home where we live or the back patio connected to the home. You have the entire apartment to yourself.
The entrance to the apartment is to the right side of the house behind the gate. You do not need to enter the front door or enter the apartment through the main house. There are no shared space with the upstairs unit, excluding the backyard. The unit is completely private and you'll have your own keypad code for self check-in
Other things to note
The Queen Bed is a stylish cabinet Murphy bed in our living room, a nice dresser by day to a cozy queen-sized bed by night.
