House was very clean and the listing is as presented. This is a great house for a family as once you are upstairs, the house is on one level. Beach access is close by and the house is centrally located and very close to the park entrance.

Great house just steps from the beautiful Cape San Blas beach. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Do bring extra dish soap as there is no dishwasher. We will hope to rebook this house when we return to CSB!

Best Trip Ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect: great house, great location, and very nice staff. We are making this our regular vacation spot. Perfect family getaway!

Vacation went off without a hitch for a change! Checkin was a breeze and I had continuous communication with the rental company. The house has covered parking and tons of dry storage underneath so I was able to keep everything secured and was able to unpack the car in the rain without getting wet. Location was perfect, easy stroll to the beach, and everything in the house was as advertised. Perfect house on the Cape!

Great spot, super close to the beach!

We had a great stay! The location of the home is in a great spot, within a couple minute walk to the entrance of the beach. The home was extremely clean. The communication with the property managers was always quick and professional. I would keep in mind these things when booking here just so you are prepared - these aren’t dealbreakers by any means: there is no dishwasher, the two spare bedrooms do not have TVs in them, if you plan on staying for several days I would highly recommend bringing your own beach stuff and extra toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels).Overall, would highly recommend this spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved Cape San Blas. Our first time there, most days the water was clear and calm. This vacation home was perfect for our group of 5. Very clean, beds comfortable. Lacking a bit on kitchen cookware & appliances. No dishwasher. There are not a lot of restaurants in this area so you do cook a lot. Porch was nice, peek a boo view of water. Nice fire pit in yard. Nice space under house to hang out.
