"The Sand Bar" Beach House à Mexico Beach w / WiFi et marcher 1 bloc de la plage!

Cette maison de plage de 1600 + sf est une séance très privée sur 2 grands lots et ½ acre de terrain avec toute la cour clôturée. Détendez-vous sur le porche de l'écran sous une brise de ventilateur fraîche et entendez les vagues de l'océan, les magnifiques couchers de soleil en Floride et la beauté du golfe de Floride. Profitez de la douche extérieure privée parfaite pour laver le sable des enfants ou des animaux domestiques après une longue journée à la plage. Cour arrière immense permet aux enfants ou au chien de courir librement dans une zone sécurisée.

Marcher à quelques pas de l'une des plages de sable blanc les plus incroyables au monde. Pêcher de la plage, la jetée publique, ou apporter / louer un bateau. Une nouvelle rampe de bateau est juste sur la route. Beaucoup de stationnement pour une remorque de RV et un bateau de pêche!

Faites du shopping dans les boutiques pittoresques pour des cadeaux uniques et de l'art local. Mangez les fruits de mer les plus délicieux trouvés n'importe où.

Allez festoyer, crabe, plongée en apnée, ou simplement s'asseoir sur notre plage tranquille et lire un bon livre!

Kevin was very responsive to any questions that I had for the property. The listing is accurate and the house is very clean. It is a great location as it is a short distance from the beach by golf cart. I would recommend this listing.

Pet friendly and handicapped accessible (though not advertised as) for wide doors, low switches and raised toilets. Perfect for our family. The owner was a very good communicator and the property was clean. He worked with us to allow us early checkin as well. Overall, excellent property and certainly spacious. Would stay here again.

Everything was as advertised and dog-friendly. However, a golf cart is essential due to the extensive walking required, although they do provide bikes in the garage.

Agreed about the Golf Cart. It’s a nice feature. And our beach house is as close to the beach as any house in the community. I’m not sure how some of these houses even rent as a beach house as they’re not walkable. Please come back soon and thanks for the five star review.

Wonderful small town vibes right next to the besch

Great place and Kevin was wonderful to work with. This house is a short drive from a quaint small town with all your needs. A quick walk to the beach was great. Beach was never more crowded than 5-10 families, even on Memorial Day weekend!

From the start Kevin was super communicative! Very easy check in. House was extremely clean and very modern! Honestly probably one of the nicest vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Very convenient location. Community pool was very close and not crowded at all. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and already planning our next trip!

Perfect location!

Beautiful home with lots of room! It has a great location, close to the path to the beach & steps from the pool. Be sure to purchase the golf cart if available, it came in handy on the trips to the main part of Windmark for dinner each night!

Home owner communicated with me. The house was surprisingly big. Be sure to google a map so you know where to find the pool, shops and beach. The golf cart in a must.

Absolutely loved our stay!

The house was wonderful! It was beautifully decorated and spacious and clean. It was stocked for cooking and had everything we could have possibly needed. The host was very responsive to all my questions prior to the trip and even took care of our golf cart rental, which was a must! I would recommend the Heron House to anyone, and we hope to return next year!

Great house for a vacay

We love staying at Windmark beach and have been coming here for years. This was our first stay at Heron House. Plenty of space with a nice yard for the dogs. Equipped with beach chairs so we didn’t have to bring anything along. Both pools are open with views of the beach. Lovely neighborhood for walking. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend.

Great house for a family

My husband, our two girls and my MIL stayed at the Sand bar for a week with our two dogs. We had the best time. The girls enjoyed their bunk bed room and my MIL loved the bathroom! The screened porch was nice as well as the beach cart! Will definitely stay again if we come back to MB!

Great, Clean, New Home in Cute Neighborhood

We had a great stay at Windmark. Loved taking the golf cart up to the community area to grab breakfast and coffee. Windmark beach is a quick golf cart ride away. House was clean and new. Kevin was very responsive to any questions we had. No complaints!

The house was very clean and comfortable. Great layout.

The house is actually nicer than the pictures show. Nicely decorated. Easy walk to the beach. Screen porch and available water hoses were great. We really like the outdoor shower. Close to two great restaurants. Paradise grill and shipwreck raw bar. We are already planning on next years trip. It was our first stay in St. Joe and we loved it.

We currently live in the North Metro Atlanta area where we raise our 3 kids. We love the Gulf coast and travel to the Florida white sand beaches frequently. We fish, golf, travel and enjoy life!

We bought this cottage for our vacation home while living in the Atlanta area. We couldn't get enough of this peaceful, friendly place, so we bought this gulf view home. We have a home in metro Atlanta and have decided to share this cottage with others who have fallen in love with the Gulf and the white sand beaches!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love to walk our dog on the beach, watch our kids swim and play in the sand, ride bikes along the coast, campfires on the beach at night and take the boat out to catch some fish. If we don't feel like cooking, we head to Killer Seafood for nationally-recognized Killer Fish Tacos or a bread bowl full of fresh, local seafood and Award-winning Killer Seafood Sauce. Yum! Or, a trip to Provisions in Port Saint Joe- just a short drive up the coast to the east. Incredible food!
