1. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to availability.
- Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100/hr fee.
2. Extra Guest Fee: After 6 guests, an additional fee of $30 per guest per night applies.
3. Pet Fee: $40 per pet per night.
4. Registered Guests Only: Accommodates up to 15 guests. Unregistered guests are prohibited.
- Children must be included in the reservation count. Violation results in a $200 penalty per person, per night.
- Bedrooms are opened based on the number of guests registered on Vrbo.
5. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM; no loud talking on decks or in common areas after this time.
6. Special Activities: Without written consent from the Host, activities such as filming, professional photography, events, or music recording are prohibited and will incur additional location fees. Contact the Host for location fees.

We stayed at this property for the Boston volleyball festival a the Boston Convention Center! Fabulous property! Clean, spacious and convenient! Owner was very quick to answer and questions! 10 minute (easy) drive to convention center on secondary roads to avoid traffic! Would definitely book this property to explore more of Boston!

Outside parking area definitely needs to be cleaned up. Looks a little like a junk yard. Could use a few new mattresses.

Hi Lynda, Thank you so much for your feedback and I also sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience. We truly appreciate every feedback which is advised by all of our beloved guests. Besides, after asking my cleaning crew, I would love to clarify a bit: In terms of the rubble, it is completely outside our parking area. Additionally, that piece of land belongs to our neighbor, not to ours. We did talk to them many times and even offer to support them as well but they did not respond us. Please understand our parking area is always kept as clean as possible. Our cleaning crew confirmed this. So please reconsider, as a 3-star review can significantly impact us :( Regarding the mattresses, thanks for giving us your opinion, we totally adopt and promise to make the best improvements. Please give us a chance ❤️ Once again, I do apologize for any inconvenience also hope you can reconsider the issue related to the rubble. Thank you, my beloved guests

Our stay was okay overall, but there were a few issues that took away from the experience. We found food crumbs in one of the beds when we arrived, which made it feel like the cleaning could have been more thorough. The upstairs shower door opened toward the bathroom door, making it awkward to get in and out, and the door itself was a bit loose. The lower bathroom also had an outlet that couldn’t be used because it was positioned too close to the mirror to plug anything in. The home has potential, but some attention to cleanliness and maintenance would make a big difference.

Clean and comfortable

Everything about this property is lovely: check in, cleanliness and comfortable… everything except the noise at night. I am aware that the description states there will be some urban noise but I did not think that meant motorcycles drag racing all night long. It was so loud - no one slept. If it weren’t for that I would recommend.

Boston with kids

The previous reviews are fairly accurate. Cons: The house is definitely on a busy road and there is some road noise. It's also a little tricky getting in and out of the parking lot and there isn't anything worthwhile within walking distance. Pros: The house is nicely maintained. The host is very prompt with communication. There is a train station at Savin Hill (8 minute car ride away) that will take you straight into downtown.

Clean and comfortable

We had two family's on our visit. We could have booked hotel rooms for about the same but we wanted to be all together. We had a lot of fun and used Uber for our trips back and forth to the Waterfront-North End. The apartment was freshly renovated and it seemed like almost everything was brand new. The mattress were new and comfortable. The bedding new and clean. The towels were new. We had no problem with the hot water. Who ever did the renovation did a very nice job. The floors did not squeak. There was parking in the back of the house and you have a choice of two staircase's, one inside in the front and one outside in the back. Which was helpful in the rain.
