1. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to availability.
- Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100/hr fee.

2. Extra Guest Fee: After 6 guests, an additional fee of $30 per guest per night applies.

3. Pet Fee: $40 per pet per night.

4. Registered Guests Only: Accommodates up to 17 guests. Unregistered guests are prohibited.
- Children must be included in the reservation count. Violation results in a $200 penalty per person, per night.
- Bedrooms are opened based on the number of guests registered on Vrbo.

5. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM; no loud talking on decks or in common areas after this time.

6. Special Activities: Without written consent from the Host, activities such as filming, professional photography, events, or music recording are prohibited and will incur additional location fees. Contact the Host for location fees.

The house had plenty of room for the 6 of us - 3 couples. It was in a great location making it easy to walk to local shops and restaurants. The furnishings and decorations were beautiful as were the bathrooms.

The place far exceeded my expectations. We had 12 people in my party, and we all had plenty of room and were very comfortable. We were unfamiliar with the neighborhood and found it very charming and quiet, while there were plenty of dining and drinking establishments steps away. The owner, Jenny, communicated very well and quickly responded to any question I had. Everything was there for us. We literally only needed our clothes. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and everybody slept great. We even hosted a quick, casual dinner after our event and the place easily accommodated 20 guests. So, the space was great, Jenny was great, and the neighborhood was great. Nothing to complain about. It was a great weekend.

The property is spacious, clean and well organized, especially for a large family like mine. It is also close to the airport, which was helpful. Amazing place - we had 12 people. This place has it all - a great layout, plenty of rooms, and ample open space that never felt cramped. The street always had parking for the extra vehicles. Location is decent enough and found that most places were within a reasonable drive time (Boston roads are a nightmare though). The location is quiet at night. Host was quick to respond! Would definitely recommend for larger groups (or even smaller ones that just want more rooms).

Clean and Comfortable

My family needed a clean and comfortable place to relax in close proximity to Dana Farber. This location was perfect! I booked it again for our next visit in which we will be there for five and a half weeks.The host responds almost instantly, which is amazing!

Perfect in every way!

I stayed here with my parents for almost 6 weeks while my father was getting treatments at Dana Farber. This was perfect for him to relax, rest and regain his strength. Parking was easy. Check in was as easy as it gets. Minutes from the grocery store, gym, and restaurants. 15-25 minutes from Dana Farber, depending on traffic. The place was furnished comfortably. We were able to cook meals. The dishwasher, washer and dryer are better than mine. We felt spoiled. Communication with the host was almost instant. She was unbelievably helpful. I’ve saved the listing in my favorites for future stays.

Girls Trip

Our group of 8 women stayed here for one night and had a wonderful time. The home is very clean. Everyone was very impressed with the renovations. The beds were comfortable and there were enough places to sleep so we could all sleep in our own bed. There were even a couple extra beds if we needed. Great security and parking for one car. We found parking on the street directly in front of the house for the other car. The communication was great too! The check in process was easy. A couple of days before I was given all of the details. I had some questions about train stations and routes which were answered very quickly. The group had a very nice time just hanging out for a little while after exploring Boston. We did not cook but many of us took showers and there were no complaints. We have already reached out to see about staying in October. Do not hesitate to book a stay here!

Property located in Mattapan, not actually in Boston. Though that city has higher crime rates reported, I never felt unsafe, just wish I would’ve known prior to booking exactly where I was staying. Also, there were several entrances to the house, but no way to deadbolt the door from the inside, which made me a little uneasy if someone else were to have the code to access the house. Also, the extra rooms in the house were locked so that we wouldn’t use them to help with cleaning the property afterwards. Which I guess I understand from the point of view of the landlord. I requested to have the codes to be able to check them out for my peace of mind since my kids were staying too. The windows were unlocked in two of the rooms, but we locked them back. Communication with the property owner usually had a quick response. The property itself was clean, with plenty of space for the family to spread out and have their own televisions to watch. Also loved having coffee available each morning!

Please allow me to clarify a bit 😊 As for our property address, it is clearly listed in both the listing and check-in instructions so I hope you had not missed any information about it, and I’m glad you never felt unsafe!! I’ve lived in this area myself without any issues. Also, please rest assured that no other guest can access the same door code during your stay 😊 guest security is always our top priority. I can give you my word. Regarding the locked rooms, please don’t misunderstand 😅 It seems there was just a little miscommunication. We simply ask guests to let us know the accurate number of people in their group, so we can properly inform our cleaning team and adjust their schedule. Some groups report only one or two guests but end up using every bed in the house, which happens quite often. We just want to make sure we’re on the same page and fully prepared. Anyway, thank you for your lovely compliments! Please visit us again next time! 🌷

Our stay at Jenny’s VRBO was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The apartment was incredibly spacious, beautifully upgraded, and perfectly suited all of our needs while visiting Boston. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into making this space welcoming, comfortable, and practical for travelers.Jenny was an exceptional host — she was so accommodating, friendly, and quick to respond to any inquiries or requests we had, which made the entire experience completely stress-free. Her communication was excellent, and it really made a difference in helping us feel right at home.The layout of the apartment was perfect for our group, offering plenty of room to spread out while still feeling cozy.
