This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home has a beautifully remodeled kitchen, basement with washer and dryer, and we also have a large fenced in backyard that your pet will love! We are close to Bennett Springs and Haha tonka state parks. Only 40 minutes from Fort Leonardwood and Lake of the Ozarks.

Older home, clean but had a musty smell and had to buy air freshener and candle. Came from out of state to spend time with my kids. The living room could use a rug and coffee table. We like to play board games and this would have made it more homey.

The host was very responsive in messaging within 10 minutes. The house was cozy and warm. I messaged i would be in very late and they were a couple lights on at the house, that was appreciated. Police station around the corner. Easy to find in the dark so should be no problem in the day time.

Perfect for what I needed. The house was very clean and maintained well. Much better than an expensive hotel room and provided a nice escape from a couple busy summer days. Very thankful the AC worked very good on two of the hottest summer days.

4th of July Reunion.

We were traveling with our dogs for my wife's family reunion at Bennett Springs. We enjoyed the property and our pups enjoyed the huge back yard and meeting the neighbor's dogs. Would definitely stay here again. A coffee table of some sort and a pair of kitchen scissors would have made the stay absolutely perfect.

Everything was as described. We had a very nice 3 days at this property. We had good communication with the host ahead of time and had no issues with making a small modification a couple of days before we arrived. The food was good in town, the float trip was amazing, and Bridal cave was a very nice side trip one afternoon.

Brought back childhood memories

Very cute little house!! Reminded us of our childhood with hardwood floors and floor/wall grates. Found ourselves trying to find a quiet way to not make the boards creak like we did when we was children. Everything was as advertised and we had no problems with anything. Location of house is a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors, centrally located from any attractions you want to visit.

Clean, comfy, well stocked

Beautiful little house, homey. Big TV and big comfy couch. Full kitchen with lots of counter space and everything we needed to cook every meal. I wish we’d brought ziploc bags and paper towels. But everything else you could imagine was there, including coffee grounds, creamer, and sugar. Sound really carries in the house, probably due to the hardwood floors. Next time I’ll bring a fan/white noise machine/air purifier. It was a 20 minute drive to Bennett Spring and a 40 minute drive to Lead Mine Conservation Area firing range. Very convenient to grocery store and pharmacy.

Great House

Stayed 2 nights for a taekwondo tournament Beds are VERY comfortable which is hard to findMy only negative would be there weren't comforters on the beds. They did have blankets in the closetMy overall experience was still a 5 STAR

Adorable place, quiet, clean

Pretty little house with just about everything you might need (providing you are bringing your personal items, of course). Rooms are nice size and the home was very clean. The owners were super quick to respond to any inquiries. The bedrooms do need some curtains for late sleepers as the blinds don'tblock enough sunlight, and the living room could use a coffee table, but everything was nice. We would definitely stay here again! inquiries

Mother daughter weekend

We visited the area in order to attend the Ashes to Beauty homecoming for my sister who attended. The home was perfect for us. The area has plenty of restaurants and conveniences, and the street is quiet. We took a small driving side trip to the Castle Ruins about 45 minutes away in Camdenton which we really liked! Great stay! in Camdenton

Cute and cozy

We were in Lebanon for my daughter's wedding and this house was perfect for just me my husband and our son. Very cute and well stocked. The location is great and the neighborhood was peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.
