This recently remodeled home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and is walking distance to the center of the Village of Saugerties and features a front porch where guests can relax with a glass of wine and enjoy conversation among friends. This home in managed by Diamond Mills Resort and features gym and spa access after January 2, 2023. Spa access includes the use of the state-of-the-art Fitness Center + Classes, Waterside Cafe, Indoor & Outdoor Relaxation Areas, Hydrotherapy Circuit including hot tub, cold plunge pool & boutique pool.

The home is located less than 1/4 mile and on the same street as HITS, Cantine Field and the Kiwanis Ice Arena this home is in an ideal location for guests looking to experience Saugerties to the fullest.

We had a wonderful stay! We were there for a softball tournament so the location and proximity to the fields were great! The house was very clean and it was great having three full bathroom.

Great space for a friends' getaway

Ample space for group of friends for a weekend upstate (the bedroom : bathroom ratio being close to 1:1 is a huge plus!). Fantastic location - super walkable to the cute downtown area. Had a great time here!

Convenient and clean

We really enjoyed our stay in Saugerties. The house was very clean and convenient to Main Street for the New Years weekend. The property manager, Chris, was very accomodating and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again!

Fantastic spot walkable to Saugerties shops

The house was perfect for our group of four. Extremely clean and comfortable. Front porch was a favorite hang out spot and it was a very quick walk to restaurants and shops. Easy parking in driveway and along street directly in front of the house. Pleasantly surprised to find a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, toaster and dishes, silverware- perfect for a light breakfast or snack. Would definitely book again when in the area.

Very good, comfortable property Owner should explain on VRBO that property is divided into four apartments for potential use as separate rentals. But with all the doors open it is a great place to stay.

Wonderful clean historic house just steps from downtown Saugerties

We were happy to see there was a full sized kitchen beautifully renovated with a back door to the nice back yard in addition to the wonderful bedroom accommodations. Lots of nice amenities plus antique furnishings but updated baths, just lovely. My only suggestions is more pillows.

Very nice

Stayed 1 night with 7 people. Each bedroom had seperate heat/ac which was great. Plenty of bathrooms with toiletries provided. Neighborhood appeared safe. We walked to the village cafe for dinner which was very close. House was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Convenient Location in town!

We came to Saugretis for the garlic festival. The House was very convenient to many local restaurants and pubs. We had a pleasant trip and house was recently remodeled. Some holes in the floor as it appears they might still be remodeling but very clean! Would suggest more pillows and blankets for the beds. Having a crock pot would be great too since there isn’t a stove or oven. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Location

The house is perfect for a family, staff, or all together. Every room is individualized. The only draw back is no Laundry room or full kitchen if you are wanting to cook. Other than that is was perfect.

This was such a pleasant stay. There were 4 of us and it was nice having an almost 1:1 ratio for bathrooms. (FYI there isn't a full living room or kitchen but there is a small dining area with a dining table, chairs, a fridge, microwave, and Keurig machine). Each room has a smart TV and a Mitsubishi AC/heater unit. There was also an AC/heater unit in the small dining area and upstairs bathroom, which was much appreciated. The location itself was also really close to restaurants and a Price Chopper! It was a shame we didn't stay more than one night! I would definitely rebook at this location and with Chris. He was very easy to communicate with and even offered other listings to help us find the best place for our stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Not a house-a hotel

We got a house because we wanted to be able to spend time together as a family. We were shocked to walk into a house that only had 4 bedrooms. No living room and no kitchen oven/stove. There were small refrigerators, coffee makers, and microwaves. It was advertised that it slept 8 but there was a table that only sat 4 and you had to walk thru two bedrooms to get to it. After reading some reviews I saw other guests had been told by the owner that it was 4 separate apartments but I had not received this message. The bedrooms were clean but we were disappointed that we had no area to hang out together.

Wow SB, I am shocked by your poor review of our property I am sorry that you had a poor experience. We take pride in a clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay in a prime location the village of saugerties just steps from the vibrant village. The listing does not mention a living space or a full kitchen in addition there are pictures of each room. We will update the text that also includes this information to avoid further confusion. I don't believe a two star rating is fair. This home is exceptionally clean and comfortable in a desirable location. I hope you enjoyed your stay in beautiful saugerties otherwise.
