Welcome to Woodland Whimsy — your retreat away from the city; a place of serenity to commune with your loved ones and all magical woodland creatures alike. Perfect for friends, family, and everything in between.

Our three-bedroom, two-bath home is located centrally in the Hudson Valley and sits on a little over three acres of land, surrounded by trees. The house is at the end of a gravel driveway and offers lots of privacy but is only a 10-15 drive away from both Saugerties and Woodstock.

The space features:

- kitchen stocked with essentials — coffee maker, blender, toaster, instapot, dishwasher and microwave
- abundance of backyard space with an outdoor firepit to gather around
- hot tub to soak in no matter the season
- 4’ deep aboveground pool to cool off
- beautiful screened-in sun room/patio where you can work, meditate, or grill
- 65” 4K Smart TV in the living room
- extra quiet downstairs space
- plenty of spaces to cowork & high speed internet (300 mbps)
- washer & dryer
- generator in case of power outages

This home is our personal retreat, lovingly owned by two humans like yourself (not a corporation). Please take care of it as your own and put everything back where you found it.

We are happy to be flexible with check in and check out times if we can accommodate.

We have Ring cameras at the main and bottom entrance to the house, for security purposes.

PLEASE NOTE:

- the house is at the end of a gravel road that is uphill. In the winter, a car suited for snowy/icy conditions (e.g. four wheel drive) is required.

- the pool is open from around May/June to the beginning of October. Please confirm with us before booking if you are hoping to use the pool around those times. The hot tub is open all year round.

- the indoor wood stove in the living room is only for display and is not to be used. The outdoor fire pit is available for use.
