A brand new villa comprises 4 luxurious bedrooms (two with en-suites) and 2 spacious bathrooms accommodating up to 8 guests. With its own private pool and BBQ area it is suitable for large family vacations & gatherings with complete privacy. It is located next to its 2 sister villas (Butterfly & Heron) so larger groups can be easily and comfortably accommodated.
The space
Ground floor: large modern kitchen, with dishwasher & double oven, large open plan dining & living area with fireplace and large television. One sofa in living room converts to double bed. Bathroom with shower & WC. Outside area: swimming pool and large outdoor BBQ and dining area. Upstairs: Three double bedrooms, one en-suite, one with twin beds, separate bathroom with bath and a laundry room, a studio which comprises a large double bed and a double sofa bed, kitchenette and en-suite shower room.
Guest access
The private access road is secured by a bar (code controlled) and parking for two cars is available free on-site. There is ample parking space in the adjacent area for additional cars
Other things to note
Ideally you need to have a car to enjoy the area and to be able to get around easily.
