Beach House, set and watch the waves come in from the bedroom or the Sunroom with a wet bar , easy walk to the Beach and towels on property. Three queen beds and master has an added twin bed with ocean views . Beach path is four house down on the right . Full Kitchen , Beach Chairs , Outdoor Grill , Outdoor Gas fire Pit ,OutdoorGames . Come watch the boats come in while you barbecue your favorite Ribs or Seafood. The Beach House has two full bathrooms, 1st Floor has a bath -Shower , while the master has a full stand up shower . Plenty of closets to hang your Cloths . Ocean View from the Kitchen while you cook up your family’s Favorites, new stove , new washer and dryer on the first floor . Set and relax in bed with your favorite Netflix movies . 3Bedrooms each with a Queen bed the Master has a Queen bed and twin The Sunroom has a mini bar fridge and mini bar area with wine glasses and table to play your favorite card games . A/C on first floor and Second floor . No Animals, Sorry allergies in the famiy . Come have fun at the beach!

We enjoyed our long weekend at this beach house and the walk to the beach was perfect with a toddler. The beach was small due to a private beach being next to it, but we absolutely loved our time on the beach.

This house was in a great location, convenient to the beach and other local attractions. The bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The sunroom was perfect, with great views and worked out well in the rain. The house was perfect for our group of five. The games and books were a plus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. Very comfortable, cozy, clean, beautiful view, and loved the sunroom. We enjoyed the public area of Pleasure Beach, just a short walk from the house and not crowded at all. Had outstanding seafood dinners at Flanders and 374 Kitchen & Cocktails.

Wendall's huse is a great place to stay. We were that area for an Incubus concert at the Mohegan Sun, which was an awesome show. We spent 3 nights at Wendalls, and it that was awesome as well. Walking distance to a nice beach area, close to other attrations and located in a noce, quite neighborhood. The home is very spacious, and has 2 bathrooms, which is a bonus for any rental. Thank you Wendall for your excellent accomodations..

Great location

Very fun location near the beach. Beach is small but really a nice place to be. House worked well for our family of 4. Sun room was very nice.

Long weekend for family gathering

Location was absolutely PERFECT! The accommodations PERFECT! The cleaning

Perfect for our family vacation

We were looking for a beach house in CT with views of the ocean, easy access to the beach and enough room for our family of 4 plus grandma. This checked all the boxes and then some. The pictures do not do this property justice. Plenty of room and seating inside for all of us to have our own quiet spot to relax. We spent most of our time sitting in the beautiful sun room enjoying the view of the ocean and bird watching. My favorite part of each day was breakfast overlooking the water and sunsets in the backyard. Street was very quiet.Highly recommend.

Great View and Location

Great comfortable place with a good view and short walk to beach. Hopefully they get a Pleasure Beach Pass soon (told me they were on in the waiting list) but there is still a small Beach you can access and put up an umbrella. The sun room was great for sitting and watching the water. Comfortable beds and couch. Two big recliners with a big screen TV. Also TVs in the bedroom. Parking for only 2 cars max. Had a shower handle break, owner was quick to respond and fixed it as soon as he could. Window AC units are a bit loud, but kept the house cool. Also kitchen was lightly stocked and could use some more silverware. It would be nice to have an outdoor shower or more accessible wash down hose. Existing hose is on the narrow side of the house and not convenient to reach. Listing stated a spa tub, but there isn't a spa tub, there is a full bathtub. This wasn't an issue for us but could be for others.

Peaceful getaway

We had a wonderful stay here, it was just what we needed. The house was so easy and the view was amazing. Waking up to the water everyday was so calming. Great place to stay if you want a quiet beach and neighborhood. Everyone was so friendly and we were able to relax and recharge! Would love to come back!

Great view

The cottage was perfect for us. Beautiful location, easy access to the beach. Beds are very comfortable. Spacious and the sunroom is a wonderful place to sit and relax. My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about the area. The locals are welcoming and will provide you with great information about the area. Mystic aquarium is within 20 minutes and a great place to visit. There are a multitude of great restaurants to try out and fresh fish markets if you want to grill out in the back yard. This was a great place to decompress from our busy, professional lives!

Fall getaway

Beautiful and well maintained home. Easy checkin and good communication with owner. 2 car parking max. Located close to mystic, mohegian supermarket and ferry. Kitchen fully stocked, had a keurig and Assortment of K-cups but we prefer a coffee pot. Lots of towels and Linens available as well as air mattress. Beautiful sunsets and views. If we went in summer would have liked more outdoor furniture. Sun room was great addition for hanging with group. We had a wonderful time celebrating my grandmothers 80th.

Beautifully updated beach house with spectacular view

Well appointed bright and updated beach house with enough room for 6 adults. We particularly loved the enclosed sun porch with its bright panoramic views. I could have lived in just that room. The house was beautifully updated and fully equipped and included a full sized dishwasher. The small friendly beach community around the house was great and a short drive took us to a quaint seaport town with all the clam fritters and lobster rolls you could eat. We can’t wait to come back.
