A great place!

We had a great stay here! A great location and perfect for family time! A few things like fire pit etc would have added a lot of value!

Great large house for a getaway! House was very clean and lots of room for the 7 of us that stayed there. The teenagers enjoyed the game room in the basement. Nice outside porch to hangout on. Would suggest adding a table so you can eat or play games outside. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Plenty of room

This home is large and very accommodating. Neighborhood is quiet and close to Ocean Beach Park. Window units worked hard to keep us cool during a very hot weekend. We didn’t cook, but kitchen appeared very well equipped.

This was a good rental, but it was almost impossible to find towels, some bathrooms had none! I know it’s not a hotel, but I think it should have at least 2 bath towels and a hand towel in every bathroom.

My family really enjoyed the “Harbor House” for my Dad’s 85th birthday dinner! The house was very spacious & comfortable with the 5 BR plus finished basement with game room! One thing I’d like to recommend to the owner is the ant infestation problem! They really need to professionally spray weekly not just leave a can of Raid
they responded quickly to my complaint on Saturday morning to help us deal with this issue!

Great house, location was perfect for us, great space, updated bathrooms, comfortably furnished, fun game room. Only suggestion would be some dish towels in the kitchen and new bath / hand towels. What was there were older and worn .

We stayed at the Harbor House for our annual family trip. There was 9 of us including 2 young children. The area was amazing! It was close to Ocean Park beach which included a pass. The beach was really nice, the board walk fun for the kids. The house was a block from “The Yolk” restaurant which was amazing and had the best corned beef hash in New England. The house was large and accommodated all our needs. The kitchen was well appointed though we did not do much cooking. The backyard was not fenced in but surprisingly private. The deck is large and fairly new. The addition of quality outside furniture would make the area an oasis. The microwave was broken but we made due. The host was responsive to our needs. There are several stair cases in the home. We brought baby gates which worked well to keep our 1 year old safe. The 5 year old loved the game room in the basement which was very fun. The house is quirky with charm. Not sure if it was because the end of the season but it could use a deep cleaning. Another reviewer mentioned ants, we saw a few here and there but was not an issue. The area itself was a great location to venture out, close to the ferry dock to Block Island or Ling Island. It was a short drive to Mystic and all it has to offer. We visited Chester for dinner; what a quaint little town. Paul’s Pasta in Groton was another family favorite. We would stay at the Harbor house again.
