Beautiful sunsets, view overlooking Chambers Bay, Indoor pool & hot tub.,
kitchenette, three bedrooms, family room and bathroom all on the first floor of our home. Fenced backyard with swing set and a slide for the kids. Watch the sunset, relax in the hot tub, take a swim in the indoor pool or just relax overlooking Chambers Bay. Take the Sounder train straight into Seattle or stay local.

Wonderful quiet neighborhood (with an occasional train whistle off in the distance). Place was perfect for a quick sports weekend, with the ability to swim after was amazing. Great communication, I don’t do a ton of VRBO’s but this experience is going to make me look at more.

This was a beautiful property; lovelier than the photos. The hosts were very considerate, anticipating our needs before we even arrived. The weather was very hot and they turned on the air conditioner in advance, adjusted the temperature in the pool and put ice for our use in the freezer. There were also welcoming goodies in the fridge. This property was convenient to Tacoma attractions, stores and restaurants Thank you for a delightful stay for our grandsons, aged 11 and 13, and for us.

Best part of our get away BY FAR!

This space is amazing! Perfect for kids! We had the bottom floor of their home, with private access to an awesome warm indoor pool and hot tub. The backyard had an excellent play structure. Everything we needed for a fantastic long weekend! Recently remodeled and super clean. Our kids are begging to come back!

Excellent place to stay!

We rented this VRBO because of its location, number of rooms, and amenities. (POOL!) The basement was spotless. The location was good for our needs. It was only about a 20 minute drive to the fairgrounds for a graduation ceremony. We had a little trouble getting access to the pool, however the owners helped and in no time we were in. (Make sure you sign the waiver BEFORE you arrive. Just makes it easier on everyone.) All things considered we had a great time!

Perfect little getaway

We booked this as a surprise to our kids (4 & 6) during their school break. Obviously, they LOVED it. The space is perfect for families. The kid’s room had toys and books, there were juice boxes in the fridge, plus the playground! They kept busy. ᔕ̈ The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the pool is AMAZING. The hot tub flows into the pool so it stays nice and warm for the kids. The hosts are amazing and communication was quick and easy. The hot tub was a little cool, but they came right now and turned it up for us. My son, very unexpectedly, lost a tooth during our stay and our hosts went above and beyond coordinating with the tooth fairy frantically in need of a printer. ᔕ̈ We cannot wait to stay here again. Anything you’d need is a short drive away (even Defy). We stocked up on groceries and just stayed put enjoying family time and pool time though. Some things to note if you too are neurospicy: there is only overhead lighting (and it’s bright, which is arguably a good thing to most people). The main room lights and pool lights flicker too. We bought a lamp to take home with us, and moved a desk lamp out from the back room to help brighten the living room up without the overheads. There is also a loud, high pitched sound that happens when the heat kicks on. ᔕ̈ *these things absolutely do not reflect poorly on the hosts, but I wished I could have read about it in a review to come prepared* We cannot wait to stay here again.
