Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. This condo is located in Tower 1 on the 4th floor and is in the ultimate location - not too high or too low, and the panoramic views from this balcony of the Gulf of Mexico are amazing. Condo 404, overlooks the hugely popular lagoon pool! Bask in the sun on your large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony! There are only a few 1 bedroom deluxe condos at Edgewater and this condo has a very spacious floor plan. The condo is extremely large with over 1000 square feet of living area. The massive master bedroom suite and the living area both open onto the gulf front balcony. You will find everything up to date, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat panel Televisions and free wireless internet. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably.

This is a wonderful condo. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The advertising and pictures are spot on. The Edgewater is a great resort with lots of amenities. The host is wonderful and very helpful. We will stay here again!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CONDO!

My daughter and I stayed in the condo for a week while visiting for a dance competition. The condo was absolutely beautiful, very spacious and had an amazing view. The bed was so comfortable as well. The condo is set up with everything you need, which was great. There were only 2 things that I wish were better. The sliding glass door was hard to open and latch. The thing that bothered me the most was the noise you heard early in the morning coming from the pool area. You hear everything! Workers were out there every morning with loud tools way too early (6am). We also heard babies/kids crying at 6am. Having very late nights of dancing, we both really wanted to sleep in, but it was very difficult due to all of the noise. Other than that, if that does not bother you, everything else from the host, to the amazing shower head pressure, the decor and everything else was pure bliss! One thing to point out about the resort that has nothing to do with the condo is the reastaurant. It does have great food, BUT they are very devious with showing you the electronic reciept quickly and then going right to the tip. We feel for it several times, not knowing that anythinf over $45 already has a tip included, so many of us were tipping WAY too much. I caught on only after questioning why my bill for lunch was over $100 for the 2 of us. The manager of the restaurant was quit rude with her explanation and said you need to read the print on the side of the menu. It was tiny! So lesson learned. I just want to warn others if you choose to eat/drink there.

Fantastic unit and view; fantastic host!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in one of Farah’s units and I can’t say enough about her and her properties! The properties have everything you could ever need
they’re tastefully decorated, well maintained and CLEAN! And Farah is an amazing host

Lovely condo

This is a lovely place to stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was great and walkable to lots of eateries. The onsite restaurant was the best meals we had. I highly recommend the flatbread. The only complaint I have is that the windows in the bedroom probably need some tinting. Even with the curtains closed that room was significantly warmer. It was fine for our week but could be a bit too hot in summer.

Loved Edgewater Resort!

Perfect location! Nice condo! We loved having two bathrooms. The showers were great but the toilets are older and use way to much water! We were a bit disappointed that there was absolutely NO condiments or plastic, foil or wax paper! We had to purchase soooo many items.

Excellent location and rental!

We visited the Edgewater resort in PCB as part of our annual winter getaway! The rental was very nice and well kept. The view was priceless! We specifically enjoyed the location right on the beach, hot tub and secure location. Kelly and Farah were responsive and helped answer any questions we had.

Paradise

My husband & I have stayed at numerous condos and this one is by far our favorite! The condo itself was decorated beautifully. I could tell a lot of care went into making it our home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you might need! When we weren’t pool side or at the beach we relaxed inside by reading from a selection of books or napping in the comfortable bed. Our 4th floor unit had the perfect view of the beach and the gorgeous lagoon style pools. The landscaping of the grounds were impeccable. The restaurant onsite was very good and so nice if you decided you didn’t want to go out. We will definitely come back again!
