Host cleared more than a foot of snow that fell the day before we arrived. He also did a follow up clearing for a subsequent, smaller dusting the day of our arrival and moved the trash containers closer for us. Communicated throughout and well, as was our experience when we stayed here last year.Second time staying here and we’ll continue to do so when visiting Oberlin each year. Easy place to relax in, 3-block walk and you’re in downtown Oberlin.

We love staying here. Our son was playing his senior soccer season this fall and this was our home away from home while trying to catch as many games as we could this season. Highly recommended!

This place was awesome! My group and I were in Oberlin for a wedding, and this was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. It was plenty spacious for three of us, and we loved the music theme. Would highly recommend for small parties who are looking to enjoy a fun weekend in Oberlin!

We spent one night with our dog. The location was perfect for easy access to downtown Oberlin, a sweet little park, bakery, restaurants, a coffee shop and the Oberlin College campus.It was very hot, but the A/C and overhead fans kept the property cool. The size was great for the two of us. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen is well equipped for meal prep. Overall, it was a good choice for us.

Great In-Town Location

Our first time renting this house, but it will be our top choice for future visits to Oberlin. Home was very clean, very well appointed, and an easy 3-4 block walk to the center of town. The host was very helpful throughout, in addition to being timely and complete with all communications.

Oberlin home away from home

Everything worked out great for us at Garyn's home. The location was perfect for graduation and move out from village housing. The house was clean and comfortable, supplied with everything you need to cook and as described/pictured. The host was very responsive and helpful. I really could not have asked for more!

Pleasant Little Home

My husband and I had a very nice stay in Garyn's home. Everything was in perfect shape upon our arrival. It is a fun place to stay as there is a music theme and lots of good LPs to play while enjoying the decorations. It is close to the college and the downtown. The only thing we missed was a WiFi connection. Otherwise, there was nothing to want for during our 3-day stay. We would highly recommend a stay in this comfortable home.Elsie & Carl

Ideal spot for visiting Oberlin

Stayed here visiting our 2nd year at the college, and it is a great home base for being close to town and campus. So much is walking distance, including the restaurants, stores and other conveniences. The home was clean and super comfortable, fully equipped kitchen. The vinyl collection — amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Quick trip to Oberlin

I was up in Oberlin visiting my son and needed a convenient place to stay for one night. This house was the perfect, cozy downtown space for the night. Great location and great house. Thanks so much! I look forward to staying there in the future if possible.

Oberlin move-in weekend

We stayed at Garyn's place while we moved our kid into Oberlin for freshman year. It was clean, spacious, well-decorated, and very convenient location near campus. Overall very happy with our stay. There was pet hair in the home and I would not suggest this rental to a person with pet allergies.
