Charming House, just a short walk to downtown

Enjoy this newly listed home. It is a short 15 minute walk to downtown, where you’ll find a variety of different shops, restaurants, bars and the beach! We have everything you’ll need for a perfect get away!

Vermilion is also centrally located to great finds in Northeast Ohio. You will be 20 minutes from Cedar Point Amusement Park, Sports Force Parks and Cedar Point Sports Center. Then a 20 minute drive to Oberlin College and a 45 minute drive to downtown Cleveland.

This space offers 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds in each, and one full bath. All sheets and towels are provided. You will find a fully stocked linen closet which also supplies beach towels and a cooler should you choose to spend the day at the beach.

Both Main Street Beach and Sherrod Park have been recently renovated. Main Street has been made bigger with plenty of seating, parking and kayak rentals. Sherrod Park now has a nice new playground, walking trail, pavilion and of course the beach.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need for a homecooked meal. The dining area has plenty of space for a family meal or for a memorable game night in.



The living room is quite spacious with a sleeper sofa and a smart tv.

The driveway provides plenty of parking for several vehicles including a boat or two should you be in town for boating purposes.

While in Vermilion, take advantage of all our activities from boating to golfing and even wine tasting. You could charter a boat, rent a kayak or jet skis or even take a guided tour on our infamous Mystic Belle. We have a couple of golf courses to choose from, and the local wineries have special events throughout the year as well.

Lake Daze is the perfect spot to relax after you have enjoyed all our small town features!

Guests have access to the main floor of the house.
