Killington Big House: La plus grande Location de vacances Ă  Killington

Killington Big House est une grande maison de vacances de luxe rénovée en 2011 et entiÚrement rénovée, située à Killington, au Vermont, pouvant accueillir des réunions de famille, des retraites corporatives ou de grands groupes de 30 personnes maximum.

Avec un total de 12 chambres et 12 salles de bains, les grands groupes peuvent "Come Hang Together" dans une grande maison de vacances bien équipée avec un espace confortable et situé dans un cadre calme et paisible des Montagnes Vertes.

Deux sections de la maison sont disponibles pour ĂȘtre louĂ©s ensemble ou sĂ©parĂ©ment. Tout d'abord, le pavillon principal se compose de 8 chambres et 8 salles de bains, une grande salle avec cheminĂ©e, salle Ă  manger pour 20 et une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec deux lave-vaisselle, 6 plaques de cuisson et deux fours. DeuxiĂšmement, le Chalet Timber attachĂ© dispose de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains ainsi qu'une grande cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec cuisiniĂšre professionnelle de 8 brĂ»leurs, deux fours, une salle Ă  manger de 10 personnes et un salon. Le sous-sol pour les clients du Main Lodge dispose d'une salle de sport, d'un bar, d'une salle de jeux et d'un local Ă  skis. Aussi inclus dans le sous-sol sont deux autres salles de bains, une avec deux douches supplĂ©mentaires et laveuse / sĂ©cheuse.

Un systÚme domotique d'Elan a été ajouté non seulement pour contrÎler le systÚme d'éclairage et de chauffage à distance, mais aussi pour offrir des options de divertissement à domicile avec IPod Dock, Sirius Satellite Radio et lecteurs DVD BluRay. Les conférenciers sont situés au premier étage, la terrasse du spa et le sous-sol.

Le grand pont avant (avec accÚs en fauteuil roulant) et le pont du spa latéral offrent de nombreuses possibilités pour profiter du paysage naturel, réfléchir paisiblement et accueillir des divertissements en plein air.

La maison dispose également d'un luxueux bain à remous Hot Springs Grandee de 8 personnes donnant sur un étang bleu clair alimenté par un ruisseau, niché dans les montagnes vertes.

Un deuxiÚme Hot Springs Grandee 4 personnes hot-tub a été ajouté pour les invités Chalet Timber.

What a beautiful and spacious house! Everything is super clean; kitchens (there are two!) are well stocked. Every bedroom has access to a bathroom is super convenient. Play space keeps kids entertained all nights.

This place was exactly as listed! It was really comfortable for all 25 people. The amount of space and activities made it super fun for everyone. I would recommend this to anyone looking to book a group trip and would love to do this again next year.

family reunion at the big house

We had a group of 24 ranging in age from 1 to 73. There was lots of space for everyone to get together and also space for anyone who wanted a quiet place to hang out. The Timber Chalet side of the house allowed a couple of families with young children to put kids to bed away from the main lodge where noise did carry from one floor to the next. The kitchens were very well equipped with cooking equipment and plenty of dishes to serve our crowd. We appreciated having multiple dishwashers and four trash bins. There was plenty of table space for everyone. The beds were comfortable. The linens and towels were high quality. The hot tubs were running and ready for use. The air hockey, ping-pong, foosball and arcade game were all in working condition. There is a large level area for outdoor play along with a hillside with a fire pit at the top. There is a long swing attached to a tree that the kids enjoyed. There is ample parking The one problem we had was not receiving the door code in advance. We were locked out upon arrival with no cell service to call for assistance. Fortunately, someone showed up to let us in about 15 minutes later. We knew we would have no cell service and had requested the code in advance so this was a frustrating start to our stay. It would be very helpful if the listing included a floorplan showing the beds in each room so room assignments could be worked out in advance. All in all highly recommended. FYI there was a bear in the yard one evening.

February break at KBH

Great Time !!

This is our 6th year at the Big House. Our family weekend is as usual most enjoyable. The Big House was clean and all the facilities worked fine. The kitchens were well used and all equipment were in great shape. It is very comfortable with towels and blankets always available. We are looking forward to 2025 and another great weekend at the Big House.

The property was nice and the house was big and spacious and the bedrooms and bathrooms better than the pictures. The house was well- supplied. We had some issue and the managers responded quickly. We would go back!!!

Perfect for large groups!

This gigantic house was perfect for our group of 10 adults and 12 kids, with plenty of room to spend time together and also to have alone time when we needed it. Tons of seating at multiple dining tables and couches, and cooking (and cleaning up after) giant meals was easy in the two large kitchens with three dishwashers. We definitely appreciated the generous amount of tableware provided. The summer weather was perfect for the kids to play outside, and a few of us even spotted some black bears nearby (at a safe distance!). Really no complaints at all - we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great place for an event

29 people, multiple families with ages 11 - 50+ spent 3 days celebrating a high school graduation. The Killington House is beautiful, the communication with the host and Brenda was fantastic. They have everything you need there. I am sure for those that ski - it is a phenomenal place for groups.

Incredible

The pictures of the property do not do this massive property justice. It is in an unbelievable location with great views of the surrounding mountains. The area is extremely beautiful with plenty to explore but you truly will not have to leave this property to have the full Vermont experience. I highly recommend this property for large groups of all shapes and sizes you will not regret it.

If you built it, they would come. We re-built this property for large gatherings of family and friends, in a beautiful setting. Understanding that our guest's requirements may be different, we can tailor the house to meet your group's specific needs.

The Killington Big House is available to be rented as a whole (10,500 sq ft) or just the Main Lodge by itself (6,800 sq ft.)

The Main Lodge consists of 8 bedrooms (sleeps 20), 7 bathrooms, dining area for 20, large Great Room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, 6-burner stove and two ovens. The basement has a long bar, game room and a gym. A home automation and sound system provide several home entertainment options. The house also has a luxurious 8 person hot tub overlooking a nearby stream-fed, clear, blue pond.

If you rent the Whole House, you will also have complete access to the Timber Chalet (attached by a foyer) which has an additional 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (sleeps 10), a large well-appointed full kitchen with a 8 burner professional range, two ovens, a 10 person dining room and comfortable living area. A second 4 person hot tub is available for the Timber Chalet guests.

The property encompasses 3 acres and it comfortably accommodates: family reunions, weddings, private parties and corporate outings. The ample shared space provides for enjoyable large group getaways.

To enhance our accommodations, Killington Big House can also provide customized services such as the arrangement of private chefs, massages, local tours as well as private party and wedding services. These services are provided exclusively by Fjeld Property Management with advance notice.

Big groups can "Come Hang Together" in a 10,500 sq. ft well appointed vacation rental house. If you enjoy the finer things in life like warm floors when you get out of the bath, or spectacular mountain views while soaking in a Hot Springs Grandee hot tub, then Killington Big House is for you. The grounds encompass three acres with babbling brook overlooking a clear blue mountain stream fed pond.
Because we do get a few weeks per year of warmer weather, Killington Big House offers air conditioning to keep everyone more comfortable. For the culinarian in the group, we offer two full state-of-the-art kitchens with professional appliances. The Main Lodge kitchen includes a Dacor 36” 6 burner duel fuel range, an additional Dacor electric oven and two dishwashers. The Timber Chalet kitchen includes a capital 48” 8 burner Capitol Culinarian stove and two gas ovens and one dishwasher. Arrangements can be made to stock the refrigerators or cater parties and breakfasts.
Specially designed to accommodate all, the house features a ramp for wheel chairs and two bedrooms on the first floor.
The Basement was specifically designed for big fun for big groups. Features include: an 8 person bar with solid timber bar tops, a complete game room with 8ft commercial air hockey, foos ball and ping pong. For our sports fans and younger guests, there is a 52” Sony TV for your viewing pleasure in the bar area.
The 1st floor Main Lodge bedroom also has its own TV. The Great Room offers a full surround sound system and BluRay/DVD player. For your listening pleasure in the 1st floor, speakers are included in the dining room, kitchen, living room and spa deck with access to a music library, Sirus Satellite radio.
Our goal is to ensure you have a fabulous stay and we have designed and equipped the house to accommodate your every need.
