Hi Michael, we wanted to pass along the following feedback from the homeowners: "We are sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your stay. We did our best to accommodate the many requests from several members of your group even before your stay, including a last minute, one-day early arrival at half price to arrive ahead of bad travel weather and loaning our baby swing and pack-n-play at no charge. The weekly rental price was at a peak over this particular week due to the holiday week. To future renters reading this review, please understand that as a rental ski house, we do our very best to resolve issues as they come up. We were informed of a damaged couch under cushions and have a new sectional on the way. We have put on a brand new roof to fix leaking due to harsh VT winters and this issue was resolved in advance of this stay. Painters will cover the resulting water stains as soon as they are able, but rest assured that the property has been inspected and there is absolutely no black mold. Also, as pointed out by this renter, when they broke our coffee maker, it was promptly replaced and snow was promptly removed. We are always readily available to ensure that our renters have a comfortable home base while they ski the beautiful mountains of Vermont."
