I asked 2 questions. One was never answered. The other was answered at 2am. The stairs to the basement to use the washer and dryer are dangerous. At the curve to go down the stairs are approx 6 inches narrowing to the opposite side to about 2-3 in. There is no handrail. The dishwasher was full. I have no idea whether it was clean or not. I did not use any dishes but I reran it in case. A coin fell and rolled to the corner of the room obviously the place and not been swept. Also 2 dead flys on the bathroom floor. The housekeeper is not doing a very good job. I am extremely disappointed. Oh, and the leather sofa has two pillows on the back. One is full and one is flat. It has a blanket covers the back. I supposed to try to hide that. I moved to the chair and it has no structure. You sink further than you should. This might be last last time I use VRBO. It is a three bedroom but no dining table. Just a bar and 4 backless stools. That meant I could not cook for my son and family of 4. There was no where to sit 5 people. My grands are not allowed to eat in the living room. So I really could not have them over for anything. Games or meals. I cleaned the towels and put them away as instructed. I put all the trash in one bag and left it on top of the trash can. Everything was in order when I left.

The place was very nice overall. A few rough edges should not detract from your stay. It is hard to keep a place up and looking this good when it is oriented towards pets and their owners. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tracie’s place and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Omaha with a pet.A quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the attractions of Omaha make this place one to use. Tracie also checks (via messaging) to ensure the place met our needs. Thank you for everything! The place was grand.

We had a wonderful time in Omaha at Tracie’s property! The home has a nice fenced in yard that work well for our perfect yet “Houdini” Siberian husky; always a good idea to still harness and supervise but she enjoyed the space. The bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated and the family room and kitchen were perfect for what we needed. A well-maintained, spacious, and nice home right in the heart of Omaha and ten mins from everything. Perfect for bringing your pet somewhere comfortable! Tracie was a great communicator and so kind and helpful. Thanks, Tracie!

‱ This house is cute with a great remodel and big kitchen in a sweet, quiet location good for walking (hilly).‱ It was perfect for someone with limited mobility, featuring wide doorways, a first-floor bedroom and bathroom with a step-in shower. Toilet is low.‱ The upstairs bathroom was spacious, and portable AC units were provided in the bedrooms.‱ The house has smart TVs for streaming and great Wi-Fi.‱ Communication was easy.‱ Quality paper goods, boutique shower products, and a fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds, house smells good, furniture is comfortable (but low to the ground). Easy parking. Close to grocery, restaurants and Homy Inn. Easy to get to Omaha Zoo and to I-80.‱ Cleanliness received 4 stars due to cleaning company issues. Assume resolved.

The grill was unusable. Had a big nest of ants under the cover and the side burner. The furniture was hard for us to use. We are all older adults. It was to low and hard to get out of and uncomfortable.

Beautiful place and very close to all the attractions in the downtown Omaha area. Tracie, our host was extremely communicative, and it was a very simple and easy check in process. We also were able to bring our dogs, which was amazing - great back yard, for which we sat every morning as we drank our coffee. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to book this place again!Mindy

Great location

We really enjoyed the central location and the ease of getting into the house. The home was well laid out to give my mother-in-law her own space away for us and our children. The house was very warm and took a day to cool off, especially upstairs where there are only window AC units.

Omaha in January for 13 Nights

Nice two story home in an older neighborhood. Fenced in backyard. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The location was perfect for us as we need to go back and forth to CHI Mercy Bergen Hospital. We used the washer and dryer which came in handy. Our host was available when we need to communicate! Wish it had been warmer to allow us to see more of Omaha. Would stay here again!
