The Greenhouse is a stylish and spacious home located in downtown Rogers. A two-story, 4 bedroom (5 beds - sleeps 10), 2.5 bath modern home with biking/walking access to Downtown Rogers, The Railyard Trailhead (within the Arkansas Razorback Greenway System), Railyard Amphitheater and Lake Atalanta. Foyer has an indoor bike closet, storing 4-6 bikes. Completely remodeled with mid-century modern touches. Fun awaits!
The space
Completely remodeled with mid-century modern touches. Indoor bike closet accommodating up to 6 bikes. 4 bedrooms; 2.5 baths. 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two full beds. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Air mattress can sleep up to 12. Large backyard deck with patio seating for a crowd. Patio lights make for a fun outdoor space in evenings. Quartz countertops, black appliances.
Other things to note
May require a 2 night minimum stay for weekends, depending on seasonal availability. Holidays may require a longer minimum stay requirement.

It was a pleasure to stay at this place! The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and stylish! The host was so kind and responsive. The location is so conveniently close to downtown, within walking distance. The street was quiet, and everyone was friendly in the neighborhood. We would book this place again in a heartbeat! Loved the house and the quiet neighborhood. We came to enjoy the lake, and found the boat ramp to be minutes away, and owner recommended restaurants delicious. Our boat and truck were a bit tight when parking next to the house, but our boat is kind of big. Anyway we will rent here again. Thanks for everything.

Would go back!

Spent a long weekend with friends at this house and enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed the outside gas grill and deck in the evening. The host was very easy to communicate with. Restaurants and shops in Roger’s are only a few blocks away.

Great quiet spot near downtown

We reserved this venue for a conference in town rather than stay at Hotel. It was very well appointed and had a lot of supplies stocked (coffee, laundry detergent, etc) that you typically don’t see in VRBOs. The communication with host was easy and welcome. We had no issues and found the property relaxing and quiet. Lots of restaurants near by for ease of access.

The Greenhouse - Outstanding property

The description and photos of the Greenhouse are spot on!! We only stayed one night - but no one was ready to leave. The owners did not forget a single detail in this home. It was clean, comfortable, the amenities were above and beyond - and all communications were timely and detailed!! We all enjoyed our stay and plan on returning!

I love family and family time. This home is a family home we remodeled ourselves and decided to let others enjoy as it is a great location in NWA and downtown Rogers. We take care of the home ourselves and strive for each guest to have a wonderful stay!

Quiet neighborhood close to Lake Atalanta, The Railyard Park and Trails, Railyard Live Venue and all things downtown Rogers. Great location to enjoy all things in Northwest Arkansas.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Older home with modern updates. Live plants and a Railyard decor palette. Nice back deck to sit and enjoy outdoors. So close to Lake Atalanta and downtown Rogers. We also have a bike storage system in the foyer for biking enthusiasts. It’s a great family and friends home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath rooms.
