The community of Vista Verde North boasts lush green, beautifully manicured landscaping throughout the entire property. As you enter this lovely home, you'll immediately notice how well maintained this cheery open-concept condo will work for your vacation.

The spacious kitchen has hard-wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with large windows that provide plenty of natural light. Imagine enjoying delicious dinners cooked in this well equipped kitchen during your stay.

The large living/dining area is a perfect space to enjoy quiet nights in with friends or family. Enjoy your morning beverage or an evening cocktail on the back patio with peaceful views overlooking the Isla del Sol championship golf course!

The primary suite has beautiful glass, double French doors and through them, you will find the Master bedroom with a gorgeous view of the first-class golf course's 12th fairway. The master bathroom has a soak-in Tub and a beautiful dual sink vanity!

The 2nd bedroom has access to the other bathroom with stand up shower through a door from the room, adding privacy during your vacation. Both bedrooms have walk in closets.

One of the best locations within the community as your front door is literally steps away form the communities sparkling heated pool, spa and clubhouse.

For fitness enthusiasts, the Pinellas county bike trail can be found right outside the community and has miles of biking/walking trails. The condo is conveniently located minutes from Beautiful Gulf beaches, downtown St Pete with plenty of dining and shopping options and less than 30 minutes form Tampa International Airport!

This parking pass costs $25 per week booked separately from your booking fees. Please reach out to me to take care of paying for this after booking.

Do not engage in any illegal activity during your stay.

Please take your shoes off so the floors and light carpets stay nice.

Only confirmed guests are allowed in the condo.

Pets are not allowed in this condo for any reason.

Please refrain from frying fish or cooking any other pungent foods during your stay.

Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. Noise complaints may result in immediate eviction without a refund and loss of your entire security deposit.

Please request late check out before 9am on your departure date. Late check out for longer than 30 minutes without permission will result in a fee of half the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.

Smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the condo. You may smoke outside with the condo doors and windows closed. A fee of $300 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected upon departure.

Please return Pool Tags upon departure to avoid extra fees ($35/each)
