Beautiful completely renovated condo in Downtown Blowing Rock. 3rd Floor with no one above you!

"Suga Bear" has two bedrooms with en suite baths, complemented by beautiful furniture vanities, granite and top of the line bath fixtures. The kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters and plenty of storage. Stack able washer and dryer make your stay a breeze. The living room has a flat screen smart TV, gas fireplace and beautiful furnishings. Wood flooring throughout and the bark and mountain trim make this property a cozy mountain getaway.

This is a 3rd floor unit. You must be able to navigate two flights of stairs, but this condo is so worth the climb!

Blood Sweat and Gears Race Weekend Getaway

We went up for a long weekend so that the hubby's could race in the BSG race. The wives enjoyed the location being able to walk to downtown Blowing Rock to shop and eat. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay at Suga Bear

Very much enjoyed the stay. Great location in walking distance of Main Street, shops, restaurants and park. Easy access to beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking trails and other sites. The condo was clean, quiet and convenient. Ted was quick to respond to questions. Will definitely stay here again on future visits.

Love this property!

We have stayed at 2 other units at this location and Suga Bear is by far our favorite. Aesthetically pleasing, decorated nicely for Christmas and had everything you will need. Walking distance to downtown (might need to make the short drive in car with younger kids). Thanks Ted for a great stay! We will be back.

Great little place

It's a cute little place! Walking distance to downtown. We did wish there was a TV in both bedrooms. But it was clean and the rustic feel you want when you go to the mountains. The host was great and responded very quickly. Would definitely recommend.
